Beautiful house, pleasant stay

We have been here before. Then we stayed in the house next door. Again a pleasant stay. We also liked this house very much. You feel at home, but luckily you are on holiday in a beautiful environment and in a very nice, fully equipped house.

Very nice comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Everything is there. Kitchen supplies, washing machine, comfortable beds, nice pool. The garden is beautiful with your own fruit and olive trees. Our guest Srecko was super friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop terras is amazing. The location is a bit secluded.

Major-league holiday!

We verbleven 8 nachten op Krk, een eiland waar je echt vakantie kunt vieren. Het huis ligt rustig in een klein dorpje waarvandaan je binnen 30 minuten in verschillende haventjes bent, op het strand of in Krk stad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een lekker zwembad, wij genoten ook erg van het uitzicht vanaf het balkon, zowel smiddags als 's avonds met talloze sterren!

Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, einige Abstriche leider

Ankunft und Übergabe hat gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern. Leider gab es Defekte, die hätten im Vorfeld auffallen müssen. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt und hat gestunken, Defekt wurde erst am 4. Tag behoben. Fensternetze in den Schlafzimmern waren bzw. sind immer noch defekt. Draußen im Garten sind viele Büsche, welche dringend mal zurückgeschnitten werden müssen. Zum Eingangstor kommt man nur geduckt. Durch die vielen Büsche gibt es viele Mücken und Wespen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas beeinflusst, man konnte nicht entspannt draußen sich aufhalten. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

High-end vacation!

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem kroatischen Dort erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist wunderschön und auch der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum. Ich war mehr als zufrieden, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen dem Gastgeber war leicht, schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich kann diesen schönen Ort sehr empfehlen.

Extraordinary journey!

Erholsam. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und alle Alltagsgegenstände waren vorhanden. Alles war ordentlich. Das einzige Problem war mit einer normalen Limousine (C Klasse) kommt man schwer in die Einfahrt (ohne aufsetzen gar nicht). Obwohl das Auto nicht tiefer gelegt ist. Allerdings kann man nah am Haus draußen parken.

Wunderschön

Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Wunderschönes Haus innen wie außen in einem wunderschönen Ort. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ich habe noch nie so eine geniale Ausstattung erlebt. Genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Sehr viele Pfannen und Töpfe. Es gibt nichts, was das Haus nicht hat. Ausstattung High top!👍 Von Suzan aus gelangt man innerhalb von 8-15 min an superschöne Strandabschnitte. Ebenso die Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nicht weit und vielseitig. Sehenswert ist die kleine Hafenstadt Krk. Dort kann man durch eine wunderschöne kleine Altstadt zum Hafen schlendern. Wir hatten unvergessliche 11 wundervolle Tage.

Brilliant service!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Januš war einfach wunderbar! Die Villa war noch schöner als auf den Fotos und wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt! Alles war super sauber und man hatte alles an Ausstattung da, was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Der Pool ist groß und war top gepflegt, jeder von uns hatte auch eine eigene Liege am Pool und wir haben fast die gesamte Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht, weil diese so schön war. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Die Geräte im Haus und die Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert und unser Hund hatte auch eine tolle Zeit, denn alles war abgezäunt. Januš ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der super erreichbar war und total hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder!

Der Ort ist super kleinn und ruhig, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man muss aber in jedem Fall mobil sein um zB zum Supermarkt zu kommen. Check-in und - out waren auch super problemlos. Wir können das Haus von Janus sehr empfehlen!

Villa Rustika auf Krk ein Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben zu Viert (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) im Sommer 2024 zwei Urlaubswochen in der Villa Rustika auf Krk verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es überzeugte durch Sauberkeit und eine gemütliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Highlight ist der tolle Pool, der ebenfalls sehr sauber war. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen direkten Meerblick. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Örtchen Suzan (ca. 70 Einwohner). Zum nahegelegensten Stand benötigt man 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Malinska (nächster Urlaubsort am Meer) ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen allerdings ist der Pool und die Terrasse auf der Ostseite somit hat man nur früh und mittags bisschen Sonne

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, es war alles an Ausstattung da was benötigt wurde (wenn nicht noch mehr). Gegen die penetranten Mücken wurde an jedem Fenster ein Mückenschutz eingebaut, sodass man im Haus geschützt war. Alles im allen eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Gerne wieder.
