You will enjoy a spacious 4-room villa spanning 160 m2 across two levels, offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. One bedroom provides access to a balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it also leads to a balcony. Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC and a hydro massage bath. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. There is also a kitchenette with four hot plates and an oven, as well as a shower/WC.
