Great stay for families

Elevator was useful . Had an infant and a toddler , very open lovely space for kids . The area is lovely and non touristy, so great local market for any groceries and surrounding restaurants are very delicious and reasonable .

While the apartment itself is clean and comfortable, I would NOT recommend booking this property. Over the course of our approximately 5 day stay here, my friends and I dealt with the kitchen sink not properly draining, the water being cut off to the unit for two days (preventing us from showering, flushing the toilet, or fully washing our hands), and the building elevator getting stuck with my friends inside it for an hour until I was able to secure their release. And since the apartment is on the 5th floor, after the elevator incident, the hike up and down the stairs from the apartment was LONG. This building is clearly unsafe and not being properly maintained- the elevator inspection appears to be four years out of date! The only thing saving this property from a flat 1 star is that after I repeatedly messaged the host, we were offered a partial refund for our troubles. I appreciated that. Still, this was an unsafe and unfun stay, and unless you like bathing via bucket and getting stuck in elevators, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place is nice and very sizable for a family of 4. Clean and in a neighborhood where it is very diverse in terms of population and restaurants. The only thing I want to bring attention to future guests is that the place only provides enough toiletries for 1 to 2 days. So you will need to bring your own or buy it at the store next door.

L’hébergement est bien situé mais nous avons eu un problème avec les canalisations qui étaient bouchées donc nous n’avons pas pu nous servir de l’évier de la cuisine ainsi que les 2 machines à laver le linge et le lave-vaisselle ,faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bain était pas top et pour le ménage beaucoup de poussière derrière les lits ainsi que dessous ,cafetière pas nettoyé et nous avons aussi été bloqué dans l’ascenseur….

Excellent emplacement, propreté des lieux et situation géographique excellente avec tout les points d’intérêt a proximité. Cependant ascenseurs pour 2 personnes avec un système d’arrêt au plancher qui n’est pas indiqué sur les lieux. Nous sommes restés pris ne 1.00 heure à l’intérieur
