We had a wonderful time at Josephine's. The ocean views were gorgeous. Lots of local beaches to explore at low tide. Nice location for Skellig Ring, Valentia, Skellig Michael, Killarney. 2 hours from Dingle and Cork. Lots of hills to climb behind the house. We caught a couple clear niggts for the most amazing stargazing.

Billed as having majestic sea views and it absolutely does! Spent such a relaxing week here in spacious and comfortable surroundings. Loved every minute. Thanks to Josephine for facilitating and for offering a dog-friendly setting.

Irish getaway

The location of the property can’t be bettered. Stunning views and almost complete privacy. Some of the amenities in the area are closed at present but it’s a good base for exploring. The property needs a little bit of a face lift but is very spacious.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Firstly I must apologise unreservidally for the inclusion of a Whirlpool Hot Tub in the Ad. It should not have been stated, & its inadvertent inclusion was something I was completely unaware of. It has now been removed from the description. On the issue with the oven the repair agent has attended to it & it is now fully functional. We would encourage guests to inform us immediately an issue arises & we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Being a rural property water pressure may not always meet the expectations of some guests . We are glad that you liked the location & sincerely hope that the issues mentioned did not interfere with your overall holiday experience. Josephine.

Evrything's perfect, but the view is unpayabel

Fantastic view and location on the Ring of Kerry!

We recently stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We made many day trips and thought it was a great location. Don’t miss Staigue Fort. The house was clean and has everything you need, kitchen, comfy beds, laundry etc. We highly recommend eating at O’ Carroll’s. There is also a nice little mini-market close by for day to day groceries. The Blind Piper is sorta walking distance and has great food and drink, but maybe not walk it at night, only because of the narrow road. Freddie’s is closed.

Lovely place to be

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days recently. The cottage was lovely and Josephine was great to deal with. The banana bread she made for us was beautiful! The cottage had everything we needed and was lovely and warm once the heating was on for a while. The view from the table out the front is nothing short of spectacular. As is the whole ring of kerry. Photos really don't do the area justice. Well worth a stay here 😊 Just be prepared for a very long drive if you need a big supermarket!

Rollstuhlgerechter Urlaub am Ring of Kerry
