This unique portion of the Podere Le Splandole is located in the centre of the relaxing Sienese countryside the 'Crete Senesi'. The view from this property is breath-taking. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is made of a living room, a large open kitchen, a very useful laundry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every room has its own fantastic view. The house has a central heating. The guests will be provided with linen and towels. The house is replete with all comforts. You can enjoy the courtyard of the Podere to relax and admire the view. You'll be able to have a different walk or ride every day exploring the countryside. At a walk distance there is the bus stop to go to Siena from where, in 15 minutes, you can continue to your favourite destinations.

In absence of the house owner the house keys must be left in the wood box that is in front of the main entrance door. When the clients are leaving the apartment the house keys must be taken out from the keyhole of the entrance door. Only one heavy power household appliance at time: can be switch on that means for example don't power on the hair dryer together with the kitchen oven, or with the washing machine. The house has to be left as found, any extra cost for the cleaning will be charged from the deposit. At the end of the holiday the house has to be left at the time agreed in order to give time to the cleaning lady to do her job, any delay will be charged from the deposit. The client takes responsibility to communicate immediately any damage or extradinary event to the house, and to look after the house and contents as carefully as possible. The owner takes no responsibility for injuries which occur in or around the house to persons or property.
