This property is an excellent choice for a stay in Barcelona. It is in the perfect location. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We did have one incident where the coffee pot broke, but a replacement was delivered by the next morning. Check-in was very easy, and I loved that I could download the key on my phone. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Apartment is in a great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, subway, and beach. It was clean and had very basic kitchen utensils for cooking. The building was very noisy during our stay. The signs posted indicate quiet after 10p, but multiple times, I had to ask people congregating in the stairwell to be quiet after midnight. Sound carries in the apartment all the way to the back and you can hear everything happening in the apartment upstairs. If you're a sound sleeper, no problem. But light sleepers (like some in my family) had difficulty sleeping, especially on the weekend.
