A tailor-made jewel for large families

End of refurbishment: February 2018. There is no better way to truly enjoy a city than by finding yourself in its heart. This huge and exclusive flat, which even boasts a unique interior terrace, is located just steps away from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia and La Rambla.
Situated in the heart of Barcelona's nerve centre along with most of the city's attractions, this spectacular 275m2 flat offers a carefully designed layout and plenty of space. Its interior terrace, unique in the city and with frontal views of the historic Coliseum Theatre on Gran Via, brings the best of the outdoors inside, even with a realistic blue sky framing the entire space. The room is finished off with exquisite furnishings, including an original swing, artificial grass and a fountain of the kind once used in the streets of the city.
Guests, apart from its vast space, will enjoy a large amount of light that enters the flat from both ends, with the Gran Vía on one side and a typical Barcelona courtyard on the other. In addition, the common areas such as the living-dining room, open-plan and with high ceilings, provide an ideal space to share unforgettable moments with the family while enjoying a special meal or simply a lively conversation.

We were central to everything we wanted to see. Great accommodation for our family of 11. Since we were on a cruise prior to arriving here our host was able to accommodate us with an earlier check in which was great as we had small children and was able to get settled t noon. We very much appreciated that. Lots of variety of eating places nearby

Great place for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. A/C worked perfect for this crazy hot summer !! The location was in a very nice part of town with lots of shops and food nearby. We didn’t use the metro, but called cabs instead. Most things we could walk to. Great find!

The apartment & communication was amazing. The location was the best, 1 block from everything we wanted to experience. We had a transportation issue due to canceled and missed flights. Once the management company knew they sent 3 taxis at 8:00pm to pick us up from the airport. There is not 1 thing our group of 12 would have changed about our lodging. The apartment was exactly as described if not better, looked like it was out of a magazine photo shoot!

Short but great stay

We only spent one night but the place was fantastic. More rooms than we needed but was very cozy and welcoming. Kids loved the swing. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location

Our family of nine adults had a great time at the apartment. we used all six bedrooms and never felt cramped. The location was ideal, close to la Rambles and the metro.

Perfect place for Extended family to stay together!

The apartment is excellent. Alot of space for everyone to relax and recharge. Great views of activity on both ends. We really enjoyed the space and the kids had space to have fun together.

Perfection in the center of the city!

Barcelona Family Vacation
