The private small pool was a sublime oasis in the middle of Barcelona, after a day of hot and sweaty adventuring through old town! This location offered the trade off: private pool but 20 min from the old town. I appreciated having the pool to ourselves.

The pictures must be years old, as the quality of the apartment was poor. Quite dirty- needs a deep clean. Rust on the bathtub, the one shower was scorching hot, the maintenance man literally stepped on our towel (and they give you one) with dirty shoes. The kitchen is not for cooking. I was very disappointed. Listed for 8- no way. You would have literally no where to walk. Windows are filthy. There were cans and empty containers floating in the pool. The couches are all ripped up. Air conditioning did work well!

Lively and full of light

Great apartment. Lovely building, quiet and clean. The whole space is quite enjoyable. Having a city view on the rooftop is a +. The fully equipped kitchen is great for families or if you're a fussy eater. The beds are comfortable.

Great location, huge apartment.

Loved this apartment! It was huge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, one with a tub. Master bedroom was on the other side of the other two bedrooms, which was great to have some privacy. Easy check in/check out process. Lovely balcony with room to have meals outside. The location was great. Check out the dumpling shop across the street! There could have been more of the simple amenities, like paper towels and extra toilet paper. I would definitely come to stay again! Great experience!

Overall ok. Location is superb. Flat is in decent condition. Things to improve: Check-in should be at the property, not easy for a visitor to find you on the other side of the city. Shower head has no hook, so hangs. Water was either lukewarm or piping hot. Bathroom door is water damaged.

The communication was horrible. The check-in process was complicated owing I guess to the fact that I was not in Spain while I was making my reservation. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds with trundles, but if you pull out the trundle, you can’t walk from one side of the room to the other side you’ll have to walk over the bed. One of the showers leaked so badly that it left a lake on the floor every time it was used the other shower was rusty and moldy. The paint is chipping, the lightbulbs needed to be replaced, the ceiling lights are actually just pieces of material over a lightbulb. During my day, I reached out to tell them that I was unhappy and wanted to talk about the experience I was having and nobody got back to me. This place does not live up to how it presents itself on the site. I’ve used Vrbo many times and have always been incredibly satisfied and love how easy it is to navigate. This does not use Vrbo as a management site although it’s advertised on the site. It’s a totally different system of management. The best and only thing this property has going for it is location. Don’t waste your money on this one.

The location of the property is great. Check in procedures are confusing - right up to the night before check in, all of the info indicated we needed to go in person to an address across town to check in. At the last minute I got an email that invited me to do online checking instead, which was a huge relief. They use an electronic access key system, which we quite liked. The building itself is kind of gross. It smelled strongly of garbage the entire stay, the elevator was filthy. I have mixed feelings about the apartment itself. It was quite spacious, the kitchen was modern. There was a broken floorboard in front of the door to the secondary bathroom which my daughter tripped on a few times. It didn’t feel very clean. Not overtly dirty, but just iffy. The beds were brutal - we felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Our backs were killing us for the entire week and we barely slept. The air conditioning worked well. The pool area on the roof was gross - empty bottles and cans, the area was littered with cigarette butts. Furniture was ripped and dirty looking. The pool itself looked surprisingly clean, but the area itself grossed us out so we didn’t use it. Overall we were quite disappointed in our stay - especially for 2000 for 5 nights. I would not recommend.

Me dejé engañar por lo lindo que se ve en las fotos la bañera con óxido ..pero resulta que me estafaron me robaron mi dinero de la fianza 400€….. es decir me hicieron. Luego de que reserves y pagues debes llamarlos y estando en el hotel antes de hacer chekin te hacen Pagar 400€ fianza un robo …y 500 de alquiler y 25€ de turista total 925 € pagué el cual la fianza de 400€ me los robaron con excusas sepan que después de que reservan te cobran aparte 425€ te han cuidado es estafa ya es hora de que paremos esto con denuncia a esta gente veo todos lo Comentarios y no fue solo a mí denunciemos que se acabe esto.

Este apartamento es simplemente perfecto para una familia. La proximidad al centro de la ciudad y a la estación de metro hace que sea extremadamente conveniente. Además, el espacio interior está diseñado pensando en la comodidad familiar. Las habitaciones son amplias, la cocina es moderna y funcional, y la sala de estar es el lugar ideal para que todos se reúnan después de un día explorando la ciudad.

Girls Weekend

This property was great! The only downfall was having to check in at a different location. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. I highly recommend it.

Nice Property in a great location - Photos are a little misleading

Great location and good checking process though you do need to travel to a different location to check in. Hosts are very responsive. Secondary bedrooms are small with twin beds and main bedroom is almost a studio to the living room with a large sliding door. This would be an ok place to stay for a family of 4 people. The pool and view may be in the building but not attached to the apartment. I would have no problem staying here again but I may have chose differently knowing what I know now.
