Belvilla by OYO Sa Talida

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Note: Pets are allowed only on request. Please consult the owner in advance regarding availability, the number of pets permitted, and the applicable fee, which may vary based on the type and size of the pet(s).

Wir sind immer wieder begeistert von diesem Haus, es bietet viel Aussenfläche mit zahlreichen Terrassen, ein Highlight ist immer wieder die Glasdusche , obwohl im Sommer sehr heiss , die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll , die Küche Zweckmäßig , die Lage ist perfekt für Strand und Sonnenuntergänge , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sehr gut , Die Schlafzimmer sind so angeordnet das jeder seine Privatsphäre hat mit eigener Terrasse . Wir sind das 3 Mal hier und kommen wieder !

Mooie villa! Veel ruimte. Heerlijk zwembad. En een grote garage waar je de auto kan neerzetten tegen de hitte van de zon. Goed contact met beheerder. Die reageert snel, adequaat en is flexibel. Tip: Hou er rekening mee met dat 1 slaapkamer geen airco heeft maar een ventilator. Hou er ook rekening mee dat een andere slaapkamer (mooi en groot) een open badkamer heeft waardoor iedereen die dan bij het zwembad ligt een leuke show krijgt. En, als laatste, de waterdruk in een badkamer is vrij laag. Dat hebben ze geprobeerd te repareren maar bleef matig. De villa ligt vlakbij een leuk dorpje waar je prima kan eten als je het even dichtbij huis wilt zoeken.

Ein modernes Haus mit sehr viel Platz im äußeren Bereich , mehrere Terassen mit schönem Ausblick, zentral gelegen , man ist schnell beim Supermarkt oder auch am Strand , die Dusche mit Aussicht ist genial 😍 Die Aussucht vom Dach am Abend spektakulär, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah an allem dran, ich würde das Haus empfehlen für die heissen Monate an denen man nur draußen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit Belvilla war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.
