Casa Alessia is the perfect place for holidays with family and friends. A spacious country house with a pool, surrounded by greenery. <br>If you’re looking for peace and relaxation in a beautiful setting, Casa Alessia is the right choice. <br>Casa Alessia is located about a 25-minute drive from the coast (Giulianova, Tortoreto, Roseto) and 50 minutes from the mountains for an active holiday (Gran Sasso or Campo Imperatore). Pescara Airport is 45 minutes away, and Rome (Ciampino or Fiumicino) is a 2.5-hour drive.<br>Casa Alessia is spread over two floors (the three bedrooms are upstairs, accessible by stairs) and features a large private car park. The interiors are very well maintained, and all 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The garden is very large, and the outdoor porch is furnished with tables for al fresco lunch or dinner. The pool area is equipped with sofas, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for a relaxing holiday.
