Flats Friends Nave 1 bedroom with terrace

Flats Friends Nave is a building with an unbeatable location in the very center of Valencia, next to the Jardines del Parterre and Calle La Paz. It is a small building with 6 apartments, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected autonomously in a small safe that is at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



Our staff is available every day, but you can enjoy the city in total autonomy thanks to the full kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located.



Flats Friends Nave is a fully furnished apartment ready to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bed in the room, a sofa-bed in the living room, cotton sheets and towels and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, you can make use of the small terrace to enjoy the pleasant weather in Valencia! The apartment gets a lot of light, thanks to the large window that connects the terrace with the living room.



When you feel like going out, you are a 5-minute walk from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
