Mermaid Master Suite - 1 King Bed with linens, attached bath with shower/tub combo and skylight.

Bungalow Breeze - 2 Twin Beds with designer linens, can be used as a king, attached bath with shower and full-size washer/dryer.

Camp Mermaid - 2 Queen Beds with linens, attached bath with shower. Private deck overlooking pool.

Kitchen/Living/Dining are open concept, all have spectacular views of the bay. Kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine, Stainless Steel refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Jenn-Aire Ceramic Cooktop, Microwave, Counter-top Oven, and standing height bar with barstools. Dining room adjoins the bar area and can seat 4. The living room boasts coastal decor with a sofa, 3 chairs and smart tv.

Outside you will find a lush lawn, ample parking (2 covered), bbq pit, cabana, and a private pool (complete with a mosaic tile mermaid!) with a stunning view of the bay and passing boats and barges.

In front of Casa Sirena is one way street with jogging/bike trail that leads to the downtown shopping and restaurant area of Rockport.

Some of the best wade-fishing can be found directly in front of the house!

This was my 3rd stay in 5 years and it’s always a pleasure. The view is unbeatable, especially considering there’s a pool too. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is perfect. The sunrises are gorgeous.

We loved the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal and close to everything, shops, HEB, Sacred Heart for Mass. The pool and the balcony were our favorite spots. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities. It was good to have foil, baggies, etc. The ladies in our group want this house for our next trip.

What an amazing place with amazing views. There was nothing this house did not have. It should be called casasirena breeze because there was not one place a breeze was not felt. The pool was so beautiful as well great way to cool off. We will be back in the future.

Superb location

Our family had a great time at Casa Sirena. We had a 24 hour a day view of the Gulf about 100 feet in front of us. The house is spacious. The pool in back is very well kept. Rockport is a charming place to visit. There are things to see and do, but at the same time it invites you to relax.

Rockport Vacation

Good house to stay at. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. We will be back again as this was our 2nd time to stay here. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

This was our second time staying at this home and we really enjoyed it! Check-in process is very easy, Ms. Carroll is a great host, promptly responded to any questions we had. The home is dated, but very comfortable! There were six adults in our party and everyone stated the beds were very comfortable! We just loved waking up and having coffee on the front balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises each morning over the water. We also tried fishing in that beautiful bay, but no big keepers. And we really enjoyed the pool, while my hubby was blending up cold adult beverages in the pool bar area. All in all, we all enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, not far from the beach, shops, HEB, Walmart, restaurants. We are already looking at our calendar to book for next year!

Plenty of space with great views

Located on a quite 1 way street with private pool, enjoyed the location and views off of the porch. I would recommend this spot to a family as there is plenty of room with 3 beds and 3 baths.

My husband and I had driven by this property many times and truly loved the location and the fabulous view of the water in front of Aransas Bay. We purchased this house from an older couple who had built it from the ground up. She is well-built and homey. Along with our son, who has grown up vacationing in this house, we have enjoyed many days of happy contentment and entertaining. I'm, of course, a huge mermaid fan, and the name Casa Sirena (Mermaid House) is my homage to the sea. We hope you enjoy the salt water and breezes... and the little Mermaid pool!!!

Why they chose this property

Casa Sirena has the best views of Aransas Bay! Its porch is a great place to relax and unwind. The private pool (complete with a mermaid!) is a great addition to fun and enjoyment. The close proximity to downtown stores and restaurants is ideal. The one way street with walking/biking trail is great for exercise and enjoyment. The Rockport beach is a mile away, and the Port Aransas ferry is 30 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Casa Sirena withstood the mighty forces of Hurricane Harvey. Our Community of Rockport took a beating. The home withstood moderate damage, but we have slowly built her back. It will take some time for the landscaping to return, so we do ask patience, sunshine and rain to make her that much more beautiful.
