Tradewinds Paradise Villas 23B Ocean Front

Location, Location, Location and my upper level condo has the best location on the island. On the quiet north edge of San Pedro, it is a three minute walk along the beach to everything. Two grocery stores and a Doctor clinic in residence just outside our gate. Not to mention the condo is like home away from home. It has everything you will need weather you want to cook, grill or make a smoothie. The fully equipped kitchen, all granite and stainless, Central Air Conditioning, has everything you may need. The full bath has a double entrance. From your private veranda, the view is absolutely spectacular, There is No motorized traffic in front on our beach. This condo is one of our four, which are the closest to the ocean in the entire complex. Also, check out our lower Beachfront unit, 23A 1075918, which is just below 23B and get this you can rent both units together to accommodate a larger group if you wish. For the other two condos please refer to ID number 1245841 (2A) & 1246366 (2B). You can easily walk to all the village has to offer as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and our island night life. You can swim in our lovely pool or right off our dock. You can also be picked up right on our dock for any number of excursions from diving, snorkeling, fishing, and mainland adventure tours.

Our onsite office with Emanuel and Evelin and Kristy can help you with everything from making a dinner reservation to booking a tour, diving, fishing or renting a golf cart. We have an onsite laundry service available. Service Include Wash, Dry and Fold for only $1.20US per pouund. So pack light if you wish. My staff is onsite to help with your every need. I live there and will be there to greet you.

Wonderfully time in San Pedro

We stayed in San Pedro for a week and enjoyed our accomodations very much. The poverty manager was there to help us and made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this place we are very glad we stayed there.

Perfect getaway!

We loved the location of this property in relation to San Pedro, and it was near everything that we needed to make it a great vacation. The condo was as advertised, and on a nice relaxing property. Everyone was friendly, and Emanuel was awesome. He answered any of our questions promptly, and was helpful navigating our first stay in the area. We couldn’t of been happier with our stay, and hopefully will visit the area again in the future.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. It was relatively quiet. It was on the second floor and had a great sea view. The pool was nice. The condo itself was a bit dated, but everything worked well. The management contact was friendly and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. A great location: closed to town, restaurants, dive tour, water taxi, airport etc. The most important of all - a great view without golf carts traffic. Emanuel was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would want would be a screen door on the front. We did not like the air conditioner on all the time and would like to enjoy the breeze without having have to worry about mosquitoes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this condo 4/28 - 5/5 what a beautiful spot - best in the entire resort! Everyone was very helpful Emmanuel was the best - anything we needed we asked him and he helped us out. The condo is small but we weren't staying inside very long each day - fine for 2 people. The view is spectacular, the pool is right there too. The maids came everyday to clean. We would definitely go back and stay at this villa - San Pedro is great - love the golf carts but beware of bad drivers :) no need to rent a golf cart at this villa everything is within walking distance - we rented a golf cart for the day to go to "Secret Beach" the best place on the Island to enjoy the beach and drinks - its about a 45 minute golf cart ride. All the excursions we did were great - wonderful friendly people!! We'll be back!! thank you

Great place to stay

Location is perfect if you like the downtown area. You are literally near everything. The facility is nice (not 5 star, but you aren't paying for 5 star) and well maintained. Emanuel did a good job of keeping us informed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our 9 night stay here. Beautiful view and close to everything so you can walk. The Palapa Bar just out front was almost too handy! The staff was great to work with. Responded quickly to all of our needs. Be sure to ask for pool towels if you need them. I must have missed it on the info but they do have daily maid service. I would have enjoyed a bit more stocked on the property, like a blow dryer, napkins and such, but that is the only minor minor suggestion we had. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay in San Pedro

My husband and I stayed at this property for four days during our 8 day stay in San Pedro. We stayed at a Rental further out of town for the first four days and the drive to and from town was a pain. This condo was right in town and super cute! The pool was refreshing and they had an amazing doc that you can swim from where the water is super shallow. The place that sells was very clean and perfect size for a couple. They even let us check in early and arranged a complimentary taxi to take us to the water taxi on our last day. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay in San Pedro.

THE VIEW IS AMAZING!

The location is perfect! We had everything we wanted within walking distance - restaurants, bars, markets and the pier to the boat for our snorkeling trip and excursion to Caye Caulker. Be sure to check out Palapa Bar and Grill and get a golf cart to go to Secret Beach. The property and villa were very clean and well maintained. Evelin and Emmanuel were so helpful and friendly from the time we booked the reservation to the time we checked out to go home. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to San Pedro!

San Pedro’s Best Place to Stay!!

Stayed here from 2-24 Oct 2018. First let me explain that there are two property management agencies in Paradise Villas, Nellies and Tradewinds. My wife and I stayed in unit 23B which is an upstairs unit managed by Tradewinds whose office is right across the street (Nellies is a couple of blocks away). I have no experience with Nellies as I only dealt with Tradewinds through VRBO. All correspondence with Tradewinds was through Evelin who was very prompt, courteous, and informative prior to our arrival. We were picked up promptly at the San Pedro airport by Aiden later in the day and met at the condos by Emmanuel who had water ready for our arrival and moved us in quickly and efficiently. As it was late in the day, he recommended The Palapa for some food for our travel weary bodies. We checked in officially the next morning. The condos are located in probably the best spot in San Pedro, on the north side of town right on the beach. You can easily walk anywhere in town and you can rent a bike or golf cart (check with groundskeeper Juan for great deal on new golf cart) to go north if desired. Unit 23B has a great view and is very quiet! Marilee, our housekeeper, did an amazing job looking after our unit and doing laundry as requested (don’t bring tons of clothing, laundry is cheap and quick). Emmanuel and Evelin were amazing hosts and gave us great advice on restaurants, tour tips and the like. Additionally, Emmanuel was instrumental in tracking down and retrieving my brother in law’s lost airline luggage upon his arrival to stay in unit 23A. Paradise Villas is located about 1/2 block from the Caye Mart grocery store which we found to be the best spot to purchase pretty much anything we needed including five gallon containers of water. There are numerous choices for diving/snorkeling excursions, but we only dealt with Chuck & Robbies which I would highly recommend! Ellie’s By the Sea quickly became our favorite restaurant, but don’t miss Mesa, Waraguma, Elvi’s, Sandy Toes, and My Secret Deli. Sorry I digressed from the essence of of our first trip to Belize which was Tradewinds Paradise Villas itself. In summary, the location, units, grounds, and staff are exceptional! We hope to return soon for another stay with our Tradewinds family in Belize.

The perfect San Pedro escape!

I recently travelled for San Pedro for 4 nights with a small group of girls. I am SO happy we booked this property as it was the perfect location. You are right in the middle of things walking distance to shops, ferry dock, food but still feel tucked away and safe in their grounds. The staff were all very pleasant to deal (only slightly annoying part being housekeeping waking us up every day at 7AM when we were trying to sleep in on vacation haha). The pool was awesome and right outside our door step. I’ve previously travelled to San Pedro but never had an experience as good as this - any time I return in the future I wouldn’t think twice about booking this same villa again! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Perfect location, clean condo, and great service

This was our first trip to Belize, and we are so happy that we stayed here. The view of the sunrise every morning was a great start to the day. And we were lucky enough to watch the moonrise several nights too. Evelin and Emmanuel were so helpful with everything that we needed, from supplies to recommendations. We arrived on Easter weekend, which is a HUGE deal, and this meant that Emmanuel had to do some overtime on a busy day to come meet us. He was awesome and we can't thank him enough. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to everything on the island, and easy access to boats for snorkeling or trips to Caye Caulker, etc. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The pool and complex grounds were well taken care of, so any other comment I saw on another review was not the case for us. Be sure to get a golf cart and take a trip to Secret Beach. The ride is totally worth it. Do yourself a favor, and rent here, and spend time with the locals in town. Everyone is so friendly, and this is so much better than going to other destinations and staying in a resort where you are caged in. The only reason I would not stay here is if I decided to move here, which after this past week on Ambergris, I am seriously considering. :)

The perfect condo and the perfect location on the island!

Having never been to San Pedro I wasn't sure where to stay but we hit the jackpot with this property! The location is one minute from two grocery stores, on the beach by a public pier, and restaurants are all within a ten minute walk. We made friends with so many other travelers here who shared their favorite boat captains, bars and restaurants. There is onsite security, though we totally felt safe on San Pedro as we walked around morning, noon and night without any problems. I can't wait to return!

Good value in town and steps from the water.

The room was nice and clean, kitchen and bathroom had been partially updated with new counter tops. Windows and curtain rods could be replace. From our past visits, it didn't look like the courtyard received as good of care. The sand walk paths were washed out and the front gate leading to the water had a sand pile behind and the concrete outside the gate needed fill sand placed around it as well.

Great spot for your visit to Ambergris.

Great view over the water, comfortable distance to town via the road or along the much more scenic beachfront. Palapa Bar and Grill is very close(next pier north) and two grocery stores are also just north of the property on the street side.

I first came to Belize in the early 80s. I fell in love with San Pedro and came back at least twice a year. There were only a few hotels to choose from at the time. I picked the Paradise Hotel on the north edge of the village as the best location. I didn't buy anything for quite awhile, but later when they built the Paradise Villas next door, I jumped in. The rest is history . Never looked back. Formed a wholesale travel agency for the country. Then started managing Paradise Villas units in addition to the first one I bought. I live there now and will be there to greet you.

Why they chose this property

ocation-Location-Location. Well built Mexican style villas with all the amenities. Minutes on the beach to everything. My personal condo, #23 is also my favorite one in the complex. Back in the day, I could have chose anyone of them. My on site management team is there for your every need. My manager Emanuel for over fifteen years is born and raised there. I am sure you will love it here as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

Nothing between you and the ocean when you sit on your veranda. You are in front of the other condos and the pool. Watch the boats go by and the local high school kids walking the beach to and from school. See you dive, fish, or tour guide pull up to your dock to pick you up. Wave at them and then walk out to adventure. Come back and take a dip in the pool
