Through the use of natural materials such as wood, natural stone, and concrete floors (heated in the winter), the villa exudes understated luxury. The furniture and cabinets are handmade from recycled wood, creating an eco-chic design. The white marble kitchen worktop comes from the Alentejo. Plates and bowls were locally sourced and crafted by Portuguese artisans.

The long, white villa was built with stylish simplicity. Featuring a recyclable light-gauge steel frame and highly insulated walls, the house places a strong emphasis on sustainability. Solar panels heat the water and the building. All wastewater is biologically treated and reused in the garden.

It is a perfect retreat to share with family and friends. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub; all feature walk-in showers. Large kitchen windows open onto the pool and the dining table on the terrace. Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large kitchen island and inviting bar stools, overlooks the rural surroundings and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Lounge beds and beanbag chairs around the pool are ideal for relaxing or simply hanging out and enjoying a holiday in the sun.
