Kitchen with full sized oven and hob with extractor over, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (bring own pods) and dining area (seats four).
Lounge with flat screen smart TV, DVD, PlayStation 3 games console, electric fire, double sofa bed and doors leading to decking area.

Caravan was very spacious, clean, and had everything needed for our short stay. The venue was perfect for visiting places we had planned to see, including the historic site at Sutton Hoo; Woodbridge; Framlington and Orford Castles. We didn’t use the site facilities, but there seemed to be everything available for a great holiday stay.

Beautiful property very well equipped spotlessly clean (except 1 pillow not used) & dog friendly. Great position & comparatively private. On site facilities looked good although didn’t use as visited lots of nearby locations in Suffolk, (Southwold, Walberswick, Framlingham etc) we also had amazing weather wall to wall sunshine too. Perfect short break.

Immaculate and perfect location but WI-FI does not work!

Caravan was immaculate, spacious and in a great location in the site. WI-FI was a big reason for booking but it does not work and obviously has been a problem for a while as lots of people have said the same in the comment book along with no lights or lamp in twin bedroom which is needed for most children. Apart from that it is perfect.

Pretty good some tweaks

Good size accommodation Needs a good dusting though and PATs are out of date Instructions for heating would have helped and Wi-Fi code displayed Clock needs a battery!! Some more lamps in lounge would make it cosier and another arm chair The sofa is not a sofa bed Couple of pillows have stains no pillow protectors With a couple of tweaks would be great

Lovely holiday home and very clean had everything you wanted for self catering

We enjoyed our stay.First time we have visited the site nice and secluded but unfortunately there’s a real problem with wasps!! The entire time we were there we were attacked as soon as you went outside with food or drink. The entertainment area was very close and never had any bins emptied and cigarette end everywhere so caused more wasps to come we have a dog so had to be outside . It was obvious that they had wasps nesting around and could of been dealt with. Big bins and grass were done every day around the site so they were not a problem, Think overall the site is nice and quiet but sorry to say I definitely wouldn’t be staying there again due to the wasps and bar outside area
