Hobland barns was a great place to stay we had a group of ten people ages 14 to 81.We loved the pool and close proximity to gorleston beach. We were disappointed in that the TV upstairs only played dvds not even basic TV a smart tv in such a big room would be a great idea especially for a large group staying there. Most of the games supplied were missing parts and extra fridge would be a good idea for a place that sleeps 12 people there was no blankets or much extra bedding supplied and hand towels wd be nice. One mattress although very comfy was very stained kitchen counters sticky cobwebs on lighting and peanuts under the sofa. Need more cutlery especially forks and a decent set of frying non stick pans would have been a help overall a good experience and would stay again
