This was a wonderful apartment—super clean and very well-appointed. Comfortable beds. They had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, accessible to everything. The elevator was broken when we were there (it seems the utility was not coming to give final approval on the repair) but luckily it was only one easy flight of stairs up, which was no problem at all, even for my 81-year-old mom. The people in the building were quiet and the apartment was remarkably insulated from outside noises -- even the night that Spain won the World Cup. Viva España!

4/10 Poor

Would not recommend. The apartment is only bare minimum clean. Everything is extremely cheap so the beds are very very uncomfortable, the sheets are like plastic and very rough, the towels are so much plastic they dont dry. The AC really only works in one room. The shower floors where not clean and had hair. The bed covers or duvets hadn’t been cleaned and where dirty, with visual stains. The fan didn’t work, the kitchen didn’t even have dish soap. Overall extremely poor experience do not recommend. The only good thing is the location and you can find better options in the same area.

Very convenient location - great place and would definitely stay there again. Beds were a bit hard and shower control in guest bath was very difficult to operate but overall a wonderful place!

Fantastic location, very clean

This was a perfect stay for our family of five. Close enough to walk everywhere but not on a busy street so completely quiet at night. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Madrid

This was a perfect place to stay in Madrid for our family of four. My husband, 13-year old,15-year-old, and myself felt we had plenty of space to come together or spend time apart if we needed to. The apartment is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the center of Madrid where you can get to Pla

Great location!

This apartment was perfect for my family of 5 on our visit to Madrid. It was clean and the location was perfect. From there, we were able to walk to several museums and monuments that we wanted to visit. There is easy access to the Metro as well. The host was very responsive and helpful before our stay and throughout. I would stay in this apartment again with no hesitation.

Ideal family apartment in the heart of the city

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our weekend family trip of 5 adults. The apartment had everything and the check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it was quiet at night in particular. Would gladly visit again. Thank you for the great service!

Very nice, great location

Location was great. Property was presented as advertised. Excellent communication with the owners. My one suggestion would be to have an extra pillow for each bed. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Great location, plenty of space and on a quiet street

We really enjoyed the space, plenty of room for all four of us (could have accommodated 1 or 2 more) and location within the city is great, walking distance to many sights and great restaurants. It was easy to get in and out and we also really liked how quiet the street was we did not hear any noise and due to being a light sleeper. There is a small elevator to get up to the apartment if you have heavy bags. Would definitely stay again
