The apartment is situated on a quiet little street just a minutes walk from all the amenities Bowness has to offer and just 10 minutes walk to Windermere. The apartment is set out over the top two floors of a beautiful 1900s Lakeland stone building. This gives a penthouse feel with the space of a family home not to mention fantastic views out over Lake Windermere and the mountain ranges beyond!

What makes this property unique
The apartment boasts a lovely view from both floors, looking out over the mountains and even to the Lake.
Within a minute or twos walk to the hustle and bustle of Bowness town centre we are very lucky to be situated on a quite street at the foot of Biskey Howe hill which offers a fabulous view point over Windermere and the perfect place to watch the sunset on an evening.
