Nantuat Stables is a beautifully presented two-storey cottage offering three spacious en-suite bedrooms and private off-road parking for two to three cars. A welcoming porch entrance leads into the cottage, where on the ground floor you will find a comfortable twin bedroom with its own bathroom, ideal for guests seeking easy access accommodation.
The large, well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto a terrace and a generous, private south-facing garden - a wonderful space for indoor-outdoor living. The garden features a covered seating area, perfect for relaxing on warm evenings or enjoying a barbecue with family and friends.
Just off the kitchen is a useful utility room with a washing machine, as well as the first of the two living rooms, a bright garden room with French doors opening onto the garden.
Upstairs, there are two further, spacious bedrooms each with their own, modern bathrooms. Upstairs is also the second, large living room designed to make the most of the surrounding views. This comfortable space has lots of comfy seating, a wood burner and also includes a table area suitable for home working.

The world famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are very close to the cottage and the village of St Ewe is very much part of the Heligan story. Visit St Ewe church to see artwork commissioned by Heligan to commemorate the Armistice and discover the village's connections to the Gardens.
Nantuat Stables sits in a beautiful part of Cornwall. The traditional fishing village of Mevagissey is just down the road, with two picturesque harbours and plenty of shops and cafes to visit. Spend your days discovering and exploring the villages of The Roseland Peninsula, spotting ponies on the coast path or watching the fishing boats in Mevagissey Harbour. Garden enthusiasts are spoiled for choice with The Lost Gardens of Heligan just round the corner, Caerhayes Gardens down the road, and then there is The Eden Project.
