Lovely, amazing, fabulous!We loved our stay at this cottage. From our first steps through the boat door we loved everything about this lovely place to stay with lots of lovely little quirky touches. It’s a really pretty, comfortable, quiet, relaxing place right by the water. I have nothing negative to say - a central location that’s steps from the high street, but tucked behind it so there’s no noise and still feels private. Parking is easy, the reserved space with a permit is a two minute walk away but you can load and unload in the car park next door, so easy. We would definitely stay again and would encourage others to book.

A very quirky property - the sitting room was a delight with the sun flooding in and a pleasure to return to. The bathroom was good, but the additional shower room is a very tight fit. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The garden was very special and quiet and a lovely place to relax. The central position for us was brilliant. However, you can’t access the long term carpark until after 4pm as the bollard doesn’t go down until then - wish we had had better directions as it took us a long time to find it - a map would have helped. But, the car park is very convenient for the central location once you do get in.

We had a wonderful time at Joyce’s cottage.The cottage is well equipped, very comfortable, and set in a peaceful location, while still being in the heart of Falmouth. The garden is lovely and perfect for dog owners. The parking permit is really useful if you come with your car. Joyce was always easy to reach and is a very sweet person. We truly hope to come back soon!

Brilliant cottage

Fantastic place to stay. Great location, so close to the centre but really quiet.Cottage was warm, great shower, comfortable beds. Love the lookout at the top.First time we’ve stayed in dog friendly accommodation and found it great.Would definitely stay again.
