Hi Sam
Thank you so much. I’m glad you liked the house. I’m here now watching some eagles float on the breeze. I counted 12 earlier due to a small carcass on the sand. A few are resting in the trees outside our window with full bellies. What a show it was.
Come again anytime,
Tracy
Fantastic cabin-like home in the forest with the added bonus of an incredible ocean and beach view. Short and minimally challenging walk down to a large and beautiful uncrowded beach. 3 comfortable bedrooms. Very clean and nice.

Hi Steve
I am so glad you had a great time and enjoyed the beach house. Come again anytime. Tracy
Stay went very well. We did have a snafu during the middle of our stay but the host was very quick to respond to the issue and take care of it promptly. Home is in a beautiful location and is on the older side but you can tell its a well loved cabin and we very much enjoyed the location and views of wildlife and beach.

Classic beach house with stunning views over an amazing beach. Very clean with all you need for your stay in way of paper and kitchen products, including pantry items. Great record collection. Good for bird watching. It was a wonderful place for our 70 something selves to spend time with our 30 something kids.

This property has amazing views of Cove beach. Owner is very organized and check in/out was very smooth. It is an older home and definitely has that feel. If anyone is upstairs walking around, you hear the floor cracking in the bedrooms down stairs. Overall I would book again!

Hi Sydney
Thanks so much for this review
Yes it is an older house but we like to call it classic 60’s lol
and would hate to change the original structure. I’m so glad you enjoyed it and hope to hear from you again soon.
👍🤩😊❤️Tracy
This is our second stay here. We stayed once at Thanksgiving and now at Easter. To say we love it here is an understatement. The proximity to the beach and the Oregon Coast Trail is wonderful and we were on the beach multiple times a day. This is one of the most well stocked and organized properties we have ever stayed at and because of this we will hopefully visit again. Thankyou! THANKYOU!!

I am so so happy to read this. Thanks for returning and taking time to leave this great review.
This place is so homey and welcoming with everything you need to cook a meal, make a fire or sleep soundly in your bed. Great location for beach or woodland hike.
We absolutely loved our stay in the beautiful house in the trees! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. There were plenty of games and it was wonderful to have a Bluetooth speaker to play music but also a record player. The walk to the beach was lovely and some beautiful tide pools. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a view. Truly delightful. I was thankful not to have TV but my young adults were a little shocked. We did not miss it.!!

I so am happy you liked the Beach House. Thank you for this 5 star review. I agree it's a great location and fun to visit the small surrounding towns. Have a wonderful summer Gabi!
The house and property and location are fantastic. The age and history of the house gives it its charm, and we were all pleasantly surprised how comfortable and appointed everything is. I can’t wait till the next time we return.

Thank you Jason, I will take a moment here to do a shout out to our caretaker and cleaner Chrissy and her husband Jake. They make it comfortable and keep up the inside and outside. I could not do this without them! I hope to hear from you again sometime, Tracy

We purchased the land in the late 1950's then built the house in 1967. The floor to ceiling windows, the vaulted roof and kitchen pass through counter all reflect this time period. Our family grew up with most the neighbors in this community on our summer breaks and holidays. The rest of the time we mostly resided in Portland Oregon. We hope you love this area as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. The Livermore Beach House is only ten minutes to Cannon Beach and ten minutes to Manzanita. Nestled in the forest of Oswald West State Park. Five minutes to surfing at nearby Oswald State Park and five minutes to Hug Point. Hikes and whale watching from Neakahnie mountain are only five minutes away. The Oregon Coast Trail crosses Falcon Lane as you enter our community. It makes for a lovely day hike to surfing at Oswald State Park or to Arch Cape. Our Beach House has a very private, spacious, tree house feel. For people with physical limitations drive to Manzanita just south of us to an easy, level entrance to the beach.
What makes this property unique
Large open main floor, cozy fireplace, incredible views, walkable community, five minutes or 7 miles or 11 kilometers to Cannon and Manzanita beaches. 1 1/2 hours drive from Portland. Large, open, private tree house feel. Great location. Light bright open. Bird watching with nesting eagles nearby. Oregon Coast Trail crosses Falcon Cove Road and leads to Surfing at Oswald West State Park. Close to Manzanita beach that has easy access for folks with physical limitations. Quick and easy to get to from Portland under 2 hours easily.
