About this property

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is a ground floor unit. Newly remodeled with fresh paint, new quality kitchen appliances ready to entertain the entire family. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, reading lamps with USB ports for charging, flat screen TV's with Roku boxes so you can stream your favorite shows when your not out on the deck catching a speckled trout. There is WIFI so that if you must work you can do so efficiently and quickly so you can get back out on the water and enjoy life. There is also a blow up mattress with a built in pump with linens so if you have more then four guest they have a space to lay their head. There is also a gas grill on the back patio for grilling up that red drum you caught earlier that day. The dock is perfect for tying up your boat at night and there is also a long water hose with sprayer to rinse her down at night. Country Girl Estates is the perfect home away from home.

Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our getaway. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Robert gave us fishing advice and ask us if we needed anything.

The place was a mess, and had a bad smell, the owner charged me for his hose breaking off, because I needed to use the hose to wash off my boat, and the hose bib broke off due to lack of mainenance. The owner is unfriendly and lives onsite. The fish cleaning stations was full of old rusty tools, and the home owner told us he would clean off and did not. The receptacle on the back porch did not work after he told me that I could use it to charge boat batteries. Place is unsafe for families and children due to

Great spot

Clean well taken care of spot. The patio overlooking the patio was the best it stayed shaded the whole day. Plan on coming out again.

55th Anniversary n 51st Birthday Vacay

The condo is right on the water of a canal with a beautiful view of the area. The top deck of the boat dock is an excellent spot to take in the scenery. Kelly and Robert make sure you have a great stay. There were a few minor issues, sliding door, broken handle on microwave, but weren’t really that big of a problem. Kelly and Robert are very nice and made our stay fun! We would Definitely stay here Again when coming back to Padre Island! ps, Take one of their pontoon boat cruises, it was fun and beautiful on the Sunset cruise!

Perfect Beach Weekend

This is an amazing location and it was a refreshing long weekend away from Austin. Close to the beach and gorgeous views from the deck. Highly recommend!

Nice place on the canal

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and comfortable. Close to beach and convenient shopping nearby. Nice park a block away and a close boat ramp.

Awesome location!

Super great place right on the water! Caught lots of fish right off the dock and kayaked with the dolphins! Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, pots, pans to cook with. Patio was super nice to sit and relax with a beautiful breWish we could stay another month!

Amazing week, property was amazing! Owner was very pleasant and addressed all minor issues. The place is pet friendly but no evidence of any pets ever being in the condo. I have already recommended this place to another family and we have only been home 24 hours.

Home away from home

This is the second year we have rented a condo from them and it won’t be the last! We love the face that we can bring our fur babies and still have a great time with the dock and our boat right out back. Our kids love being able to swim and fish off the dock, canoe and eat at the picnic tables! The owner is right upstairs so anything you need he is always available! We can’t wait to book next years trip already!

Great Place

Great place, great location for fishing, beach, food etc! Robert was amazing and went above and beyond. Was pet friendly but you would have never known a pet was ever in it, will definitely be back.

Making memories in feeling cold temp! Lol

Had a great time, building memories with my family. Celebrated our sons birthday. Nice place, nice view of water. Second time staying here. Had a little trouble with front door lock. Wasn't sure if it was high winds putting pressure on door messing with lock, other than that had a great time, great property. Thanks again, we will be back.

Perfect place for our weekend away! Place was clean and had everything we needed. We only cooked breakfast, but it looked like there was a great selection of cookware and kitchen things. Loved sitting on the back porch in the am and pm just watching the water and reading a book. Will come back!

Needs to be updated

Great location on the water and easy to check in. The living room furniture is old. Sofa had dog hair on it, coffee table was damaged, coffee maker's lid was broken, sheets were rough, towels were old and the living room TV sound is broken. This place needs a few updates then it would be better.
