As avid beach lovers and surfers, we value being just minutes from the shoreline while avoiding the high costs and crowds often found on the island. Our home provides easy access to the best of both worlds — a short drive to the beach for sun and surf, or a quick trip downtown to explore the Texas State Aquarium, museums, live entertainment, vibrant nightlife, and a variety of other exciting attractions.
