Great to have a pet-friendly house, it was very clean and fresh too. Great location a spit away from lovely Harbour Street with lots of cafes, restaurants etc, and the beach. I marked it down slightly on Communication as there seemed to be a lot of emails, which got a bit confusing at times. The booking process - we got quite far with the booking process, then were asked to pay a mandatory damage fee, and couldn't proceed without it. We felt it would be more user-friendly to make that fee clear at the beginning.
