Comfortable stay
We had a very pleasant stay at Fern Cottage. It was very comfortable and light inside and nice secure garden which our dog enjoyed. The area is quiet despite being close to the shops, restaurants and everything you will need.

Wondetful stay
We had a lovely few days visiting Whitstable, Canterbury and the surrounding areas. The cottage was clean, comfortable, dog friendly and a very nice place to stay. We left our car parked in the street as spaces were hard to come by, but we just used the bus or train, or walked instead so it was not a problem.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay at Fern Cottage. It was such a comfortable property, with lovely decor. The enclosed garden was a haven for our dog Ralf and perfect for sitting out in the sun and the short walk (a couple of mins) to the Main Street and sea front was a gift. The kitchen had everything we needed and the property had such a relaxing feel to it. Such a great base for exploring Whitstable and beyond. Can highly recommend.

Charming bijou cottage
Great little cottage. Nice and warm in what was very cold weather. Comfortable beds.great bathroom. We were two adults for 4 nights and 4 for 3 nights. It felt a bit tight for 4 of us. Great position just 300m from harbor and lively high street.

Happy week in Whitstable
I have stayed in a lot of Whitstable properties and this was one of the best. Well located for the beach and Harbour Street, it has a good and relaxing feel about it. Well decorated throughout (without the seaside cliches!) I particularly liked the bathroom with a walk in shower. The cottage didn't have any fans or air con so you need to take your own during hot weather. For young kids and the elderly the steep-ish stairs should be noted. Would happily return.

Lovely stay
We, a dutch couple with their dog, had a lovely stay for a week in fern cottage. Luckily we could park on the street and we didn't use the car untill it was time to go.
A lovely bed, bath shower, kitchen and garden and really next to the center. It was spot on. The only thing we missed was a hoover or broom. It was two days very hot and the dog was losing a lot of hair.
Great location and lovely cottage. A couple of things for feedback though to improve it for others would be: 1. Put black-out blind or curtains in the front bedroom2. Tidy up the garden 3. Fix the front of the dishwasher properly (it fell off and hurt my husbands foot) 4. Cover the holes in the door of the downstairs toilet/utility room.
