Private, Comfortable and Cozy with Distant Ocean and Mountain Views

Boulay Inn is nestled on Kauai’s south side in rural Omao. It is your own secluded home away from home with all the amenities to ensure your comfort. There is a spacious airy living area, a queen sized bed, tiled shower and a verdant yard outside your windows. Your accommodations are airy and comfortable with a combination of ceiling fans and sliding glass doors. We have tried to think of everything you might possibly need for your island home. Cooking facilities, entertainment center, including cable TV and Wifi are all available. No need to lug your hair dryer, there is one in your bath. A washer and dryer are provided because we don’t want you to spend any of your Hawaiian vacation in a laundromat.

Omao (meaning green in Hawaiian) is a convenient hub for all east, west, and south shore activities. Sunny Poipu Beach is just minutes away with swimming beaches and all sorts of water sports such as snorkeling, diving, surfing, boogie or stand up boarding. We have most beach accessories for your convenience, including beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. Remember to bring your sunscreen.

If golf is your game, choose from three beautiful courses within a fifteen minute drive.

Old Koloa Town, Poipu and the surrounding area abound with dining and shopping choices. There are over thirty restaurants within a ten minute drive and several areas with "lots of different kinds of shops". Koloa town has two grocery stores, a pharmacy and a bank. You won’t have to go far to find what you need.

Our stay at the boulay inn was amazing. Sharon was an amazing host and very friendly. The inn was in the absolute best spot. The beach and activities were not too far away and was easily accessible. Sharon was very friendly, gave good recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Highly satisfied and hopefully will be returning soon!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay at the Boulay Inn! The location was great. The neighborhood was nice and was relatively quiet, aside from the chickens, which is normal. Sheri and Jim were wonderful hosts and truly made us feel welcomed. This space was equipped with everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs, snorkel gear, and even a lunch tote to take to the beach!

Great host, central location, best value

Shari is a great and helpful host. Thank you very much for thr time we stayed at Omao Road. The appartment offers a lot of space, a good kitchen and bedroom. And even a patio to sit outside. We had a great time and recommend the Boulay Inn as best value on Kauai

Perfect place and host

Sheri has been an amazing and caring host for us. The place was better than we could have imagined and fully equiped. The location is great, you are close to Poipu. Would have loved to stay there forever. Boulay Inn is a gem.

Top-Notch Apartment with Friendly Hosts in a Great Location

Great little place to explore Kauai.

It was perfect for my wife and I. We explored the whole island from here and when ‘home’ it had all we needed. The hosts are great, helpful and very friendly. Great beach amenities and use of laundry facilities. If cooking and staying in, all you need is here!

Location is very nice and convenient for visiting the island. Koloa is a pretty little village. The apartment is very nice, with all you need for a pleasant stay. This place is awesome! Great views from the upstairs apartment. Great location! Minutes away from shopping, restaurants and beaches. And to top it all off, the owners are awesome! Great people indeed. I can't wait for our next trip to Kauai. I already know where we'll be staying.

Better than expected!

Perfect week in paradise

It was a wonderful week that we were able to spend in this fantastic apartment. We felt safe and comfortable from the very first moment. The accommodation is in a great location and has everything you need and more. Sheri is a wonderful person. She kept asking us how our day was and always had something great to tell us.
