This cosy, stone cottage can sleep 5 people. It is located on the grounds of a private home in a country setting, within 20 mins of the Airport, c.30 mins Dublin, 10 mins Emerald Theme Park and c.20 mins Slane Castle and Brewery. While taxis and bus are available in Ashbourne ( 7 mins drive ), hiring your own car is best.

Perfect stay

This was the perfect location for a three day stay near Dublin. We loved everything about it. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The apartment is perfect and comes with every amenity you could ever need. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Irish Cottage

Amazing cottage and hosts! Great location for day trips. Coming back to the quiet of the cottage after a day of sightseeing was lovely. Plenty of room for 3 of us and amenities for the week. Unexpected extras were scones, bread, chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. As well as some fridge items to start us off. Very kind and appreciated after a long flight. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!

Excellent host

Hosts were very welcoming and the cottage was wonderful. Transportation to and from isn’t easy without a car or taxi but even so we loved our stay.

Lovely small Cottage

We were warmly welcomed to the small cottage. The cottage is beautiful and has a lovely interior. It is only 15min away from the airport and about 20-25min from Dublin City. We really loved our stay.

Easy going man, married ( Richelle ) and 3 girls ( Ellen, Jillian, Emily ) and two dogs ( Millie the boxer & Bear the french bulldog ). I enjoy meeting the visitors to our guest cottage and look forrward to your visit.

If you are looking for a base to explore the east coast of Ireland, we are the one. Located 30 mins from Dublin, 20 mins from the Airport, 20 mins Slane Castle and distillary, 10 mins Tayto Park ( theme Park ).

What makes this property unique

Country location yet 10 mins from Ashbourne Town with agood bus service to Dublin City, Airport etc. We have a cosy guest cottage with good WiFi and a rear terrace with a covered gazebo and seating. We can house 5 people and we are much cheaper that a hotel for the same quality stay.
