Welcome to my home!

This 200m2 lovely house is close to various top attractions in Portmarnock, Dublin, such as Portmarnock Beach, the historic Martello Tower, and the scenic Velvet Strand.

This house features an open floor plan. There are two living rooms, each featuring two large recliner sofas and one wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows via multiple streaming options. The second TV is available for gaming consoles and DVD use only. There is a dining table for six, and there is also a private garden with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The four bedrooms have one UK super king, UK king, and two UK doubles. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. The locked ground-floor room (beside the stairs) and the attic are off-limits to guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Portmarnock is a scenic coastal suburb in north County Dublin, Ireland, celebrated for its long sandy beach, panoramic sea views, and relaxed seaside atmosphere. Just 15 km from Dublin city centre, it offers easy access by road and rail. Popular attractions include Portmarnock Beach, the historic Martello Tower, the scenic Velvet Strand, and nearby Malahide Castle and Gardens. Renowned for its championship golf courses, coastal walks, and watersports, Portmarnock also features excellent cafés, parks, schools, and sports facilities, making it a favourite destination for both visitors and residents.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Portmarnock Hotel (line 102), is just a 2-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
