Great Cape Cod Getaway!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation or special occasion in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath cape home in East Harwich near the Chatham line. The first floor main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are two 2nd floor bedrooms. A large 2nd floor bedroom has one queen bed and one full-sized bed. Another 2nd floor bedroom has one twin bed, a twin bunk-bed, and a twin trundle. Finally a 1st floor sitting room includes a queen sleep sofa!
The spacious living room is furnished with a couch, chairs and and TV.
The dining area seats 8-10 and the kitchen is newer and fully equipped.
The large private back yard includes a fire pit and chairs and offers a quite gather area for your group. The deck has a propane gas grill for your use as well
The home is a short ride to Pleasant Bay, Wequasset Inn with its free jazz concerts, Wychmere Resort, and five Nantucket Sound Beaches as well as Long Pond for boating.
Harwich is known for its fabulous restaurants so plan on some dining out. Walk or bike to shopping and ride the bike path nearby. Additionally, it is a short walk to the lovely center of Chatham.
Come for a long weekend, a week, a month or a season.
Get sand in your shoes at our many beaches, score on the golf courses, bike or walk the many paths and just relax!

The house was very nicely decorated, clean and very cozy. There were also plenty of towels and extra linens. However, we were not able to use the upstairs shower because the water temperature could not be regulated and the sink water in that same bathroom went down very slowly. Also, the outdoor shower door was broken where it would not close, but my husband adjusted it to where it can be used.

Great Stay in Harwich MA

The home is lovely and the owners are very helpful. They communicated well about check-in. I am pleased with my family's stay. It is a roomy home. The yard is nice.

We built this home with a downstairs master suite and two bedrooms upstairs for our retirement. We furnished it with pretty and comfortable furniture and have been using it frequently during the year. We love Cape Cod and have vacationed here for many years before deciding to build.

Why they chose this property

We loved the layout of this home and you will too. Everyone has their privacy. The neighborhood is a private cul-de-sac close to Orleans and Chatham.
