Great house and fantastic location!

This was our second time staying at Holly Hayes House and there was a reason we returned. The house is immaculate and the location is perfect. Our children also loved their holiday and are already asking when we can go back.

Another fantastic stay at Holly Hayes

The house is spacious and nicely decorated, with lots of room for everyone. We love the location, only minutes from the beach but quiet. Instow is a great location, with options for paddle boarding, biking and walking. Highly recommend and keep returning!

Fantastic house in great location

Lovely and relaxing stay at Holly Hayes House. It is in a brilliant location and really well equipped. We loved everything from having hooks just where you need them to the lovely garden, parking space and wood burner. Only a few mins walk to the beach. Instow is a lovely village with great restaurants. Couldn’t recommend more highly for a great holiday.

The house was everything we needed and wanted

Holly Hayes House is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean . The kitchen had every utensil we needed, lovely crockery etc. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms excellent The garden is well kept and pretty with plenty of seating. The situation is ideal being a very short distance from the beach and pubs/restaurants We found parking spaces easily ( but this might be different in the summer)

A wonderful stay in a superb seaside villa.

I’m not often able to praise a house for all the members of our party, but our mature group were all very comfortable and every facility was available. The beds and bedding were perfect. The garden was superbly landscaped and just an extension of the house. Ours was just a short break but we would all consider returning. Many thanks to your housekeeper.
