Host was very welcoming and gave tips and advice on what to do and places to visit. Although the accommodation is attached to the host's property it felt private. The property had everything we needed and just the right amount of space. The view out the living room window was the highlight. Thank you for letting us stay.

If you are looking for a place a bit out of the way, where nature surrounds you - this is it!The small apartment, is lovely, clean, and spacious for 2 or a small family. The view is worth all the money you will spend on rental. The owners are lovely, kind and amazing bakers. We travelled all over Skye, to the Hebrides and this was a perfect spot to rest. Everything you need is there! But remember to stop for groceries, Fresh eggs are available at the pink honesty box on the way. And special treats are made by Hilary and Michael.

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect spot for our exploration of Isle of Skye. The cottage was exactly as pictured, the bed comfortable, the view impeccable,and the hosts lovely. They met us on arrival to show us some things in the house and gave us fresh bed an homemade jam. They were very responsive to questions. We could not have asked for a better stay and I hope we can return some day!

Very welcoming hosts, great location

Hilary and Michael made us feel very welcome. They baked bread and delicious shortbreads and sweetened up our stay with Homs made jam and Scottish tablet. This cosy house has a fantastic view and is a perfect base to explore Skye. Thanks very much Hilary and Michael!

Even better than the pictures!

We just loved our stay here. Booked on the basis of the beautiful pictures - stunned to find it was even more beautiful. The unit is perfect for a couple. Well set up kitchen, extremely comfortable bed… did I mention the view?! Great base for many walks locally and across the island, can’t rate it highly enough. And the hosts were welcoming, helpful and discreet. Genuinely hope we have the chance to return.
