Kindness!

The customer service team was super kind and supportive. They relocated me to another apartment when there were insects in the first. They arranged a taxi to help me move from the apartment to the office. They helped me with my bags to the apartment. They recommend nearby restaurants. They were truly responsive and kind. They’re the best. The only thing was the insects I found in the first apartment which is probably because it was on the groundfloor. Even with cleaning they kept coming in. But the team changed my room so all is good.

Even before our arrival the property were contacting me, regarding practicalities. As we came late at night, they sent a very nice driver, who was kind to give us some local tips, as to where to eat, and so far all of them have been top notch! Vere clean apartment, very well equipped, I can't thank the owners enough!

Fantastico

Viajamos en pareja y el apartamento está fenomenal,con todo lo necesario,limpio y en muy buena zona,cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo,sin duda repetiría.El personal de recepción muy atento.
