Its terrace enjoys one of the most unique sceneries, and yet is only 10 minutes away from the centre of Malaga.

This property provides easy access to the incredible botanic gardens in Paseo del Parque, to the Muelle Uno with all its bars and galleries as well as to all the main attractions Malaga has to offer. Many restaurants, beach “chiringuitos”, coffee shops, and bars add the cosmopolitan touch that is characteristic of Malaga, without losing its “tradición Andaluza”. Also a variety of shops and supermarkets, are dotted around this exclusive neighbourhood.

Lovely days in Malaga

Looking at the Malagueta Beach and the Mediteranean, this appartment is just perfect for a couple. Well equiped kitchen, tv and a goos wifi, spotless place.

Perfect stay in a very nice location

This is a little gem in a very nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. Very nice view from the balcony. The electronic access to the apartment is a little unstable.

Lovely apartment, superb location

The view from the apartment, high floor, location. We wish we could have stayed longer! Give a little more comfort to guests before arriving by sharing check-in details a little earlier. It can be stressful to board the plane and still not know where exactly you are going! Other than that, the communication was clear, team was reachable and the apartment was nicely cleaned.

Great Sea View Apartment in a Fab Location with Excellent Service From Caleta Homes

Clean comfortable apartment with a sea view balcony, in a perfect location. The customer service and communication from Caleta Homes is exemplary. Equip the kitchen a bit better - eg provide basics like salt and pepper, cooking oil and a tea towel. Also a proper frying pan would be helpful as would a more modern coffee maker. Lower the shampoo and gel dispensers in the shower unit. The apartment door lock is a bit awkward but we know this is in the process of being fixed.

Great location with a few buts

Fabulous location, needs a furniture update. Kind of a dirty couch, fraying chairs. Not enough comfortable seating in our opinion, especially for a family (we aren’t). But the location? Just perfect. At beach 38, beach chairs and restaurants galore. 5th floor so away from the street noise. There is a decent grocery market less than a half block away. Great balcony but an absolutely stripped kitchen and everything else really, bring or buy everything to prepare a meal except pots and pans, not even a roll of paper towels (we left some) or beach towels (we left one). Has AC, which can be pretty nice at a location like this. You could not have open windows at night, way too noisy but with the AC, very manageable. Everything walkable. Yeah, we’d come back.

Entspannte Tage mit traumhaftem Meerblick in bester Lage

Wir waren bereits im Mai über Caleta Homes in einem hübschen Appartment in diesem Häuserkomplex und waren mega zufrieden. Daher stand außer Frage, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Malaga wieder ein Appartment am Malagueta Strand nehmen würden. Auch dieses Mal waren wir durchweg begeistert. Hervorheben möchte ich den super zuverlässigen Whatsapp Kontakt vom Buchungszeitpunkt bis zur Abreise!! Da hat alles wie am Schnürchen geklappt und auf alle Fragen und Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe! Lage ist nicht zu toppen - der kleine Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer - einfach traumhaft. In der Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Gastro. In 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß an der Promenade am Hafen und weitere 10 Minuten bis man dann in der Altstadt war. Für uns ist ganz klar, das nächste mal wieder eines dieser kleinen und gemütlichen Appartments am Malagueta Strand über Caleta Homes!! Muchas gracias!!

Bel apartement face a la mer et la plage

Très agréable, emplacement idéal face a la mer et a 10 minutes a pied du centre ancien et à 5mn d und supérette Un petit kit de démarrage (sel sucre huile)serait apprécié. Dommage que des camions faisaient des travaux sur la plage (bruit)

La mejor ubicacion

Un apartamento pequeño pero acogedor ideal para dos personas. Vistas y ubicacion inmejorables. Merece la pena La cama sin lugar a dudas el somier (son dos unidos) suenan como una carraca y es incomodo moverse . Colchon se puede mejorar

Excellent location

Right across from the beach. Beautiful view. Was clean. Only concern we had was check in. Listing soar remote check n was possible, but it was not. This also resulted in a late check in which we had not planned for.
