This spectacular apartament is located in the heart of the historic center, in one of most privileges streets of the center of Málaga. Our guests will stay a few steps away from Calle Larios, The Catedral and the Puerto de Málaga. Moreover, with a pleasant walk of 10 minutes, crossing the gardens of the Paseo del Parque our guests can visit another sophisticated part of the city, La Malagueta and its beach, the Pompidou Museum and the Plaza de Toros.

Our stay at this property and our entire trip was fabulous! Christina at Caleta Homes was absolutely amazing to deal with through our stay always checking to make sure we were comfortable and everything with the property was as expected. She always replied promptly and ensured everything from our airport transfers, to check-in and check-out were smooth. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect and we will be back!!!

The Amazing Stay at Juan de Padilla XI

The location of the place was very convenient, right at the heart of the centre. The staff was always asking us, if everything is okay and making sure that we have the best stay possible (also giving advice on transportation). The place was large and there was a plenty of space for 2 people.

Family - 4 night stay

This apartment was central and close to everything which was ideal with lots of space, clean with everything you need for a self catering apartment. The staff at the Calenta office were great and dealt with any requests we had speedily and also checked in with us to ensure our stay was going smoothly. If you are coming from the metro and walking to the office (near the marina) to collect keys or drop off luggage it is a bit of a distance but we were fine, took us about 20 mins.. I would definitely stay here again or at one of the other Calenta apartments.

The property is in a ideal location if you want to walk straight out into all the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. And close enough to walk to local attractions like the cathedral. The only downside to this is the streets can be noisy into the early hours, but the bedroom cuts a some of this noise out if you close the windows and door. The apartment itself was excellent.

Great Zona Centro Location in Malaga

Modernized one bedroom apartment in a great location. Dozens of restaurants and bars just outside the door. Good quality windows keep most of the nightlife noise out when they are closed. Listing very accurate.

Gorgeous Old Town Apartment

This apartment is perfection. It is the perfect way to experience the spirit of old town Malaga. It is clean, modern comfortable. The only thing to note is the noise at night because you are in the city center and perched above bars and tourists. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment

Outstanding apartment in great location

This is a wonderful place to stay for a week and we had a great time in this old part of Malaga. The staff at CALETA Homes we fantastic and made our stay even better because of their professionalism and courtesy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A few things need attention. Firstly the lack of wall holders and fixtures for such things as toilet paper and soap and shampoo means that these are placed on the floor of the shower and a silly toilet roll holder on the floor. The shower is dangerously slippery and needs a non slip mat in place.

Amazing apartment!

Apartment was spacious, airy and well equipped. Lots of wardrobe space and a very comfortable bed. Having a lift is also great when you’re on the third floor! The location is perfect - very central so you can soak up the atmosphere of this great city. Can’t recommend highly enough. Maybe some water in the fridge when we arrived but other than that, nothing

Odd Check-In

Had to go to a secondary office about a 10-minute drive from the Vrbo to get the keys, and then once we got to the apartment, the cleaning staff was still there. After our check-in time, a handyman let himself into our Vrbo to fix lights without us being warned prior. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great location.

Estancia agradable y situación ideal

La ubicación y el apartamento. El biombo metálico nos pareció peligroso y estorba bastante en el medio del salón. Es una salón amplio y luminoso y me parece una pena que esté en el medio partiendo la estancia. Comentar que la zona es muy ruidosa de noche porque hay varios locales de copas justo debajo que funcionan hasta muy entrada la noche. Sin embargo con las ventanas cerradas no nos impidió el descanso. La ubicación buenísima en pleno centro. Y el apartamento en calidad, diseño y amplitud nos gustó mucho. Nos resultó muy cómodo.
