Great property, very spacious especially for families. Elevator works well, just very tiny. Location is a bit out of the way, needing to get a rideshare every time we wanted to go into town. I would recommend this property.

Where to start? The apartment was better than described- comfortable yet elegant. It is not in the hustle and bustle of the city center but the tram stop is on the doorstep making it easy to navigate Florence and have a peaceful oasis. Now for the host! Sal is easily the most responsive host I’ve had among many hosts! Every message was answered quickly and thoroughly. And talk about above and beyond service, one of our group left an important item behind and Sal found it before we got to our next stop to unpack. He had to go out if town before we could return to retrieve it but arranged for a friend to hold onto it at his pub, The Old Stove (great Irish pub) in the city center. That, friends, is service. Overall amazing place!

Lovely and spacious apartment! Great location - .5 miles from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The tram just outside the door runs frequently & takes you right there - saving you some time (and steps) to get to the historic center; and makes for an easy way to transport luggage if your travel involves the train. Check-in couldn’t have been easier - the host’s contact was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. With 3 bedrooms - each with their own TV - and 3 baths, this is a perfect spot for a visit with family!

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit guter Lage

Gute Lage, direkt an einer S-Bahn-Haltestelle (Linie T2 zum Bahnhof Firenze S.M.N), aber trotzdem sehr leise. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von einer Mitarbeiterin mit guten Tipps für Besichtigungen.
