This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with direct view of Little Sarasota Bay! Renovated kitchen, new bed, and 60" flat screen for viewing pleasure! Condo amenities include two pools (the circular pool is one of the best in Sarasota overlooking Little Sarasota Bay), pickle ball courts/ tennis court (steps from my lanai), shuffleboard (again, steps from my lanai), covered fishing deck, gas grill, and clubhouse. Minimum 90 days season (January through March), 30 days off season.

***Please note, submission of HOA application must be completed and returned to host 2 weeks prior to arrival to receive parking pass (application available from host via email upon booking).

Great condo in a fantastic location

The condo was great, has all the amenities one needs to live their life uninterrupted, was clean, and is in a quiet complex with nice facilities. The location is amazing. 15-20 minute walk from Crescent beach. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Mark is a very responsive and thoughtful host, great communication. It was a perfect spot for a long summer stay, would highly recommend.

Mark's Place

We had the most wonderful stay and will be back! Mark is so great and very easy to work with. The condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the view, and it was wonderful to have all the green space for our grandchildren to play when they visited. Thank you so much, Mark! :)

Owner was very helpful when we ask for furnace maintenance and garbage disposal maintenance

The unit was small with no space to store luggage, chairs for beach were non existent We were there for a month so had to buy clothes hangers as only four were provided The location is perfect and the complex is very well cared for, office manager was very nice

Robert, Thank you for your input. Although you were the first guest in several years to make a comment on storage, I will be modifying closet for luggage. Additional hangers will be placed. Good times

After a few initial problems, and many phone calls to Mark the owner. All problems were taken care of, except a very soft bed. I suggested the mattress be replaced. Mark said he would look into it. The location could not be better, and Mark was a great host.

Beautiful Condo

This is actually the 2nd unit I've stayed in within this same complex. I was a long term tenant in my previous place. This rental was a big step above the rest. After coming from a very unprofessionally run unit, it was a nice breath of fresh air to see how clean, professional, and modern this unit was. Kitchen is very nice and there is a great view of the water behind the unit. All around worth the money.

Great host, great location, great value

Every trip will have some kind of issue, so the most important thing is how well a host communicates and takes steps to resolve things. Mark was extremely communicative and helpful, and the few minor things that came up, he was very on top of. One of the best hosts ever. The unit itself was clearn and well-furnished with dishware, utensils, coffee maker, etc., and was plenty big enough for a vacation (you are going to spend most of your time at the beach or a restaurant anyway, so you don't need a huge bedroom). We enjoyed using the grill next to the pool almost every night, as well as the pool itself and the shuffleboard. You have a designated parking spot right outside the unit, which was also very convenient. The waterfront view is actually a view of the intra-coastal waterway, rather than the beach itself. But the view is very peaceful, and the porch is perfect for having some coffee in the morning or drinks at night (and is screened in, so no mosquitos -- which is great!) The beach itself is about a 5-10 minute walk down Stickney Point and across the drawbridge. That may be further than you'd expect from the description, but for us it wasn't a problem and it's nice to see the intracoastal, the palm trees, the birds, and sometimes fish (or people catching fish). Sunsets were gorgeous, and my wife came home with bags and bags full of some truly beautiful seashells. Overall, we had an excellent time, and would definitely rent from Mark in the future.

Convenience! Location, location, location! Once you arrive you can view from Lanai beautiful pristine Little Sarasota Bay! Watch birds soaring the sky, fish breaching the water, and even dolphins playing in the nearby...

Leave car and walk/bike to beach, restaurants, and local bars for Karaoke or dancing!...and/or paddleboard/kayak the bay for a great water adventure! Last but not least, boat and jetski rentals within walking distance!
