Welcome to my brand-new, cozy one-bedroom basement suite, situated in a quiet neighborhood in the west of Regina. This suite has a private entrance and 1 free parking spot. Easy access to the Regina Bypass, Ring Road, and Trans-Canada Highway. Only 4 minutes from RCMP, 7 minutes to Pasqua Hospital, 8 minutes from Regina International Airport, and 8 minutes from Mosaic Stadium. Playground and green space across the street.

Can improve
Nicely stocked and decorated. Friendly owner. Lots of noise from upstairs, no soundproofing. No bathroom fan, only controls and air vents. Very chilly and humid.
