The well maintained Atico is located in a beautifully landscaped apartment complex with 7 pools and very well-kept green areas. The apartment is 80 square meters large, fully equipped on the 2nd floor and offers with 2 terraces and 2 balconies a total of 40 square meters for ideal sunbathing and dining. From the terraces you have a very impressive panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.
The complex is within walking distance of the harbor and the beach. The center of Cala Egos is just a 5-minute walk away.
Parking to the apartment via separate entrance possible.

The apartment is equipped for 4 people, but can also be used with a toddler. Child seat and travel cot with sheets available.
Families with children and seniors are welcome.

Top Einrichtung! Leider war das Schlafzimmer der Nachbarn direkt neben unserem Wohnzimmer und unsere Nachbarn wollten gerne ab 22 Uhr schlafen. Das gab zuerst etwas Ärger, aber nach einem kurzen Gespräch am nächsten Morgen konnten wir uns letztendlich arrangieren.Der Weg zum Strand ist 10-15 Minuten.

Alles war perfekt, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Wunderschönes sauberes Apartment mit allem was man für einen (langen) Aufenthalt benötigt um sich wie „zu Hause „ zu fühlen. Ausreichend Platz, wundervolle Terrassen mit herrlichen Blick zum Meer und ins Landesinnere.Die Lage war für uns perfekt.Ganz tolle unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Uwe. Perfekter Aufenthalt, absolute Empfehlung!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung bietet mit ihren zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Bad und zusätzlich separatem WC Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Stark sind die Terrassen am Wohnzimmer, im darüber liegenden Stockwerk bei den Schlafzimmern und ganz oben auf dem Dach. Von dort hat man auch einen fantastischen Ausblick in die Gegend. Auf allen Terrassen gibt es wie abgebildet Sitzmöbel. Positiv sind die Fenster zu bewerten, die bei Bedarf die Nachtruhe absichern. Ebenso lobenswert sind die fast durchgehend angebrachten Mückengitter zu bewerten. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell (66 Mbit/s Download und sogar über 90 Mbit/s Upload). Die vielen Pools in der Anlage sind wenig genutzt und erfrischen bei Bedarf. Ansonsten sieht es hier so aus, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Einzige Ausnahme ist das Bild vom Grill: der dort auch sichtbare Gasgrill suggeriert, dass er genutzt werden kann, was vom Betreuer vor Ort auch zugesagt wurde. Gut, dass wir vor dem Erwerb von Grillgut probieren wollten, ob der verpackte Gasgrill funktioniert. Er ist abgeschlossen und der Vermieter bestätigte, dass er privat ist. Insgesamt hat man in der Residenz sehr viel Ruhe, wenn nicht gerade Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen. Der dargestellte Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar genau wie ein Supermarkt für frische Brötchen oder Baguette. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Mooi appartement vlakbij Calla Egos

We hadden een zeer prettig verblijf in dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers. 3 ruimtes buiten waar je kunt zitten in de zon, maar ook in de schaduw. Voor ieder wat wils. De zwembaden zijn top! Rustig en eigen zonnebedjes. Leuke restaurants in de buurt, zowel in de haven als in het centrum van Calla Egos. Beide op loopafstand. Supermarkt dichtbij. Wat ons betreft een aanrader als je drukte van een hotel wilt vermijden.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie hat absolut alles was man braucht und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Kids haben sich sehr über Luma, Fußball etc. gefreut. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Der nächste Einkaufsmarkt ist nur 5 Min zu Fuß genauso wie Restaurants und der Hafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit prima und auch der Verwalter ist vor Ort immer ansprechbar. Der Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein auf der Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Kurzum: wir hatten traumhafte Ferien in Mallorcas malerischen Badebuchten und durch diese schöne Wohnung auch noch mit Zuhause- Gefühl! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter.

Kurze wundervolle Familienauszeit

Wir durften dieses wundervolle Penthouse ganze 6 Wochen genießen. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, da wirklich alles vorhanden war von Bällen, Kescher, etc. für die Kinder bis hin zu einer kompletten Kücheneinrichtung mit Mixer, Kuchenform, etc. Es war einfach alles da. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, da es eine schöne Mischung aus Urlaubern und Einheimischen ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Kommunikation mit Uwe, wir bekamen immer sehr zeitnah eine Antwort. Wir haben Uwe als einen sehr herzlichen, lustigen und vor allem kinderfreundlichen Gastgeber kennengelernt. Es war toll. Danke Uwe ;)

2. Aufenthalt und wieder alles perfekt!

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und auch dieses Mal hat für uns wieder alles gepasst. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sowie vor Ort. Hier merkt man, dass der Vermieter sich Mühe gibt und wirklich an einem schönen Urlaubserlebnis für den Gast interessiert ist. Immer eine Platz am Pool - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit und ein Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossene Grundstück sind ein weitere großer Pluspunkt. Die drei Terrassen, lassen sich zu jeder Tageszeit hervorragend nutzen und bieten auch ausreichend Beschattungsmöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse mit einer gemütlichen Lounge haben wir abends regelmäßig benutzt und dort ein paar ruhige Stunden verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die für einen schönen Sommerurlaub benötigt werden. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Gastronomie, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

1. Klasse

Mit 2 Paaren haben wir den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter waren 1a. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Großzügige Anlage mit vielen Pools. SB-Markt bzw. Restaurants fussläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.

Comfy apartment with great views

Well had a lovely stay at the apartment. Its located over 3 levels with a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment entrance. It has a well equipped kitchen which we cooked in regularly. The kitchen leads to an open plan dining and siting room which then leads to a spacious terrace. The first floor has a modernised bathroom and 2 bedrooms with Comfortable beds. The excellent double glazing throughout means we had excellant sleep every night with no background noise. The A/C is excellent and even on a hot evening it take 2 minutes to cool a room down. The landing leads to another very spacious outside terrace with table and chairs and bbq. Then you can go onwards up stairs to another huge terrace with 360 panoramic sea and mountain view. It was a fabulous place to watch the sunset and get ready for an evening out. My only small criticism would be the apartment needed a good clean and the outside areas were a little tired looking and in need of some maintenance. The 7 pools on offer were sensational, my girls were continuously in and out of the pool which catered for all ages. That said as with the apartment outside areas the pools needed some modernisation as there were quite a few tiles missing and showers needed a good clean. All in all the apartment was very good and would certainly stay again

Ruhig und relaxt

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Wir wollten mal etwas Neues ausprobieren und dem Stress in einem Hotel entgehen (Liegenreservierung, Parkplatzproblem für den Mietwagen usw.). Hier haben wir das Alles gefunden! Die Anlage ist eingezäunt und man bekommt einen Schlüssel und Funksender für die Zufahrtstore. Somit hat man immer einen Parkplatz. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Liegen am Pool, diese sind abgeschlossen und somit immer verfügbar. In den sieben Pools war es nie überfüllt, teilweise waren wir auch nur zu dritt im Pool. In der Anlage selber ist es sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat dort alles zur Verfügung um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Grillmöglichkeit ist auch vorhanden und wurde von uns häufig benutzt. Auf der Dachterrasse mit der großen Lounge, kann man entspannt einen Sundowner trinken und hat das Meer im Blick, sowie später die Sterne. Checkin war problemlos, leider kamen wir erst sehr spät an, aufgrund von den Problemen bei Eurowings. Wir meldeten uns nach dem Einkauf bei Peter (er übernimmt den Checkin) und er erwartete uns an der Anlage. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung und übergab uns die Schlüssel. Falls irgendwelche Probleme auftreten sollten, kann man sich an ihn wenden -er wohnt selbst in der Anlage. Uwe, der Vermieter, war sehr nett und wir hatten zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. Wir bekamen vorher die Unterlagen und er meldete sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes, um sich zu erkundigen ob alles in Ordnung ist – aber nie aufdringlich. Wir würden sagen: Besser geht nicht! Danke!! Für uns steht fest. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr zu empfehlende Apartment-Anlage

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr hübsch. Bei sieben verschiedenen Pools gibt es keine Langeweile beim Baden für groß und klein. Das Apartment selbst war riesig. Für eine vierköpfige Familie echt super zum entspannen. Am tollsten war die riesige Dachterrasse auf der wir Abends Sternschnuppen beobachten konnten. Wir würden unseren Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder dort verbringen wollen.

Great apartment everything you need and more. We were there for 8 weeks loved every minute of it, As we were there from end of January to end of March it is very quite no shops in vicinity open pharmacy only a few hours a day so had to go into Cala d’Or for water and shopping, and as we didn’t have a car it was a bit of a trek especially carrying the shopping back, ( but it got us fit) big shopping loads we got a taxi. If you like being by yourselves and not very social people then you will love this place as we did at this time of year. Only one tiny criticism no English television, only German which for a week or two no problem . But would recommend this apartment to anyone .

Schöne Wohnung in einer Anlage mit 7 Pools

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in einer größeren Apartmentanlage mit 7 Pools. Trotz der Größe war es sehr ruhig (Herbstferien) in der Anlage. Fussläufig ist man schnell am Hafen, wo sich einige gute Restaurants befinden. Auch mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an der Cala Mondrago.

The view!

Stayed at this location many times, this was the best. With different seating ares outside, the normal off lounge balcony. Then up stairs off the landing to another area with built in Bbq and then outside stairs to the roof !!! Wow, full panoramic view s loved it you can see the sea a full half an then mountain views the rest. Wow. Will definitely be back. Thankyou Uwe...

fabulous stay and complex

we arrived at the complex and were greeted at the front gate and shown to our accommodation. lovely clean and welcoming. 3 floors of fully useable space was great with 2 kids!! lots of indoor and outdoor space! loved especially the amount of balconies and the spectacular views . top floor balcony with a book and a sunbed is THE best for peace whilst the kids are sleeping!! fully equipped kitchen and separate washing machine . only problem we had which isn't really an issue in holiday was the lack of english TV. the complex wow, amount of pools and space was fabulous. not having to rush down to get your beds at daft o clock and always knowing you had your own sunbeds was brill. would defo recommend and lots of other kids around and playing but it was never noisy or boisterous. the resort was good cala egos has some good locations to eat and drink, we also loved the close proximity to the marina and availability of the train to see the resort and also get into main cala dor all in all a fabulous stay complex and location. thankyou so much xx

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We spent two weeks at Uwe's lovely apartment. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of living space and a choice of balconies to sit out on. There are so many swimming pools to choose from that they are never crowded and at times we had a pool to ourselves. The whole complex is well maintained and in a fabulous location. It only takes minutes to walk into either Cala Egos or down to the harbour. Great communication throughout the whole booking process and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending a holiday here.

Great apartment, well looked after

We had a very enjoyable 2 week stay in Uwe's place in Marina D'Or II. The apartment is very well equipped and looked after. The location is ideal and we found that everything is very accessible by foot ( beach, shops and restaurants in Cala Egos, Cala D'Or or Porto Petro) . The complex is very well looked after. The pools were nice and warm in June which were not expecting.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2017 für eine Woche vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig mit einer wunderbaren Pool Landschaft die zu unserer Zeit kaum besucht war. Wir hatten zeitweise alle 7 Pools für uns alleine ;-) Ein wahrer Luxus. Die Wohnung ist bestens mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unserem 20 Monate alten Sohn unterwegs und Uwe hat uns ein Babybett, Hochstuhl etc. bereitgestellt. Betten waren sogar schon fertig überzogen als wir spät abends ankamen. Top Service! Lieben Dank noch einmal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastic location, everything you need and great pools on very well looked after complex

We enjoyed 3 weeks at this apartment in Cala Egos and had a very happy holiday. The apartment was exactly as described, was bright and airy with fantastic views from the terraces. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains from the roof terrace with a cold drink! The apartment had everything we needed including sun loungers to take down to the pools. The booking process was very easy and the owner Uwe was really helpful and maintained excellent communication, even during our stay, contacting us to check everything was going ok -- thank you Uwe! The complex is very well looked after and the pools are crystal clear. It was quiet around the pools and even though we were there for 3 weeks in August, we sometimes had a whole pool to ourselves. The apartment complex is in a fantastic location, literally 5 minute's walk to a well-stocked Eroski supermarket and then the restaurants and bars of Cala Egos. The Cala d'Or marina is very close by, we often walked around the marina admiring the boats and then on into Cala d'Or which is a larger and busier resort. We did not have a car and did not need one; we took a taxi from the airport and same for our return. The local beaches are small coves, and there are many in the area, a map on the street in Cala Egos will show you their locations. The bus network is useful and we collected timetables from the Tourist Office in Cala d'Or, we took a bus to Cala Mondrago beach with neighbouring S'Amarador beach, which were beautiful and well worth a visit. All in all, we had a fantastic time in Cala Egos and were happy with the apartment and particularly its location, we don't usually go back to the same place twice but can see why this place is ideal - it was very easy to have a great holiday here.

Erholung und Ruhe

Sehr schöne , saubere und Ruhige Anlage, auch die Wohnung ganz toll. In der der Anlage selbst ist Erholung pur angesagt. Wer etwas Unterhaltung sucht, in etwa 5-10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Yachthafen mit sehr schönen Lokalen oder im Ort sehr schöne Speiselokale und Coktailbars. Den Strand erreicht man auch in etwa 5Gehminuten, etwas klein aber sehr schön und sauber. Unsere Vermieter haben sich während der Urlaubsplanung bis zum Urlaubsende top um uns gekümmert. Auch über Änderungen und Neuerungen der Wohnung hat uns der Vermieter (Bob der Baumeister) immer informiert. Wir kommen wieder. Zitti

TOP Appartement !

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Appartement. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Von A bis Z einfach alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist einfach phantastisch . Zur einen Seite in die Berge und zur anderen das Meer und die Pool Landschaft. Die Anlage ist groß und sehr weitläufig und dennoch war es nie voll am Pool. Unsere Kinder hatten dort mächtig Spaß. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mehrere Monate vor Reiseantritt mehrfach kontaktiert und auf Erneuerungen/Verbesserung des Appartements hingewiesen. Auch während des Urlaubs erkundigte man sich über unser Wohlbefinden und war um unser Wohlergehen sehr bemüht . Hab ich noch nie so erlebt !Vielen Dank! Ich kann eine Buchung absolut empfehlen !!! Super Preis /Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ! Volle 5 Sterne von uns.

Very well kept duplex penthouse in a very nice location with a beautiful landscaped pool area. The location is close to the Center of Cala Egos and the Marina Cala d'Or.
Cala d'Or is also within reach by foot and hourly with the 'tourist train'.
