Peaceful except for building work

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our holiday. However, although we were very impressed with the communications re arrival time etc the actual face to face check in was very disappointing. After a 30 min wait for your colleague to arrive with the keys we felt that she was not helpful. She was rushed and wanted to leave after handing us a bunch of keys with little explanation of how to gain access to the apartment. She was rushed and impatient. Contact with the main office had been excellent and this particular colleague let your company down. We booked the accommodation mainly because it had a pool but were disappointed that a 6 story apartment block was being built adjacent to it. We chose not to use the pool which was actually in the middle of a building site.

Dear Maureen, Thank you for your detailed comments. We are glad to hear that you found the flat spotless and well equipped for your holiday. We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced during check-in. We will review our check-in process to ensure it is smoother and more pleasant. Please note regarding the construction across the street, you were notified in advance as this information was stated in the advertisement. We note the situation with the pool and will work to improve the experience in this regard. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and look forward to welcoming you back in the future with an improved experience. Regards, Jenifer Home2Book Team
