Trulli Julia is a lovely villa comprising trullis, modern facilities, lovely patio and pool. The house is nicely furnished, and the outdoor area is perfect, with lots of under cover and open paved space. The house is on a minor but quite busy road so you do get some traffic noise during the day. The beds are comfy and the windows are screened to keep bugs out. The kitchen area has aircon and the bedrooms have fans. I had to ask the property managers for a few essentials when I arrived, but they were delivered promptly. Martina Franca is a nice town and the villa provides a great spot to explore the many old towns in the area. We stayed for 2 weeks and it became our home from home.

Great holidayhome

Great location, the house, pool and outdoors were great. Some supplies was missing but we got this the following day. No AC but fans was ok. A great house for families or friends.

The house and property are beautiful and exactly as depicted in the listing. Being behind a locked gate makes it feel very private and secluded. The road in front of the property is fairly busy, so there is some traffic noise. However, the house is well insulated, and with the windows closed it isn't very noticeable. If you prefer to sleep with the windows open and are a light sleeper, the road noise may be something to consider. One suggestion would be to install a traffic mirror near the driveway, as it is difficult to see oncoming vehicles when pulling out. The yard and outdoor living areas could also use a little more routine maintenance. When we arrived, the patio and deck were covered with pine needles and cobwebs. It would make a big difference if someone spent a few minutes with a leaf blower before guests arrive. We ended up sweeping the patio ourselves so we could comfortably walk barefoot and avoid tracking pine needles into the house. Overall, it's a lovely property, and with just a little extra attention to the outdoor areas, it would be an even better experience.

Lovely villa in a great location

Had a lovely stay in this villa, it is in a good central location for exploring Puglia. The villa was clean and had all the necessities. No AC but there were fans and the trulli part of the house was cooler. The pool was great - quite small but it was enough for us and it was clean. The house is on a main road but has electronic gates and felt very private, not overlooked at all. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent séjour à la villa Julia à quelques encablures (en voiture) du village de Martina Franca et son sympathique petit centre historique…Toutes les commodités à proximité (voiture nécessaire) et localisation idéale pour visiter les villages aux alentours. Coup de cœur pour Ceglie Messapica Juste un inconvénient: passage assez bruyant le long de la route…Mais séjour globalement très satisfaisant.

Super séjour encore mieux que ce qu'on imaginait! Le gîte est superbe et tres bien équipé. Très bien situé pour découvrir la région.
