Abby’s Place is nestled on an acre of land and 1½ blocks off of Main Street and offers you a peaceful retreat just a few minutes from the heart of downtown shopping. Open living/dining/kitchen floor plan. Prepare a delicious meal in the large kitchen, complete with a double oven that allows you to cook for a crowd if you choose! Dining room table seats 8. Wooden high top table in kitchen area seats 6. The spacious living area is adorned with antique furniture, a 65” flat screen television, a gas fireplace with electric starter, and sofa sleeper with queen memory foam mattress. Exercise room with elliptical machine, chin up bar, bands, yoga mat and light weights. Outdoor seating area with fire pit (some wood provided) and windmill. Beautiful setting to watch the stars at night. Trees provide shade during the day. Board games for inside and outdoor games (horseshoes and washers) provided in the closet for outside. Within walking distance of some restaurants and shopping.
Conveniently located for activities and festivals in Fredericksburg but also central to other Hill Counrty events, such as hiking, cycling, horse racing, car shows and more! We do not offer breakfast on premise. Instead, we follow the current practices of most BnB's in Fredericksburg and provide coffee, tea, water and snacks (including breakfast pasteries) in each suite.
