About the host
Hosted by Phillipa
Hi, My name is Phillipa and I feel very lucky to be the owner of Moorlands Cottage, which I share with my husband Simon and son Toby. We divide our time between London and the Isle of Wight.
Why they chose this property
We loved Moorlands from the first moment we saw it. As soon as we walked through the back door we felt like we where home. Brightstone and the cottage couldn't be more different from our life in London and we are fortunate to be able to visit often and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Being nature lovers we delight in exploring the garden to see what is growing and who is visiting, we have a resident red squirel, and robin as well as lots of other visiting birds, including the occasional visit from an owl. The location of the cottage provides us with the fresh air, and open space that we find truley rejuvinating after 15 years in the hustle of London.
What makes this property unique
