Seaglass was spotlessly clean, well equipped and has a great view. It is a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Ventnor. Having dedicated parking is a real bonus.

Seaglass is a lovely property, fantasticly presented with everything you need. They hosts are very attentive with lots of communication to before & during our stay. It's a lovely secluded location but only a 5 min walk to a Coop or Tescos should you need anything.It's wonderful to be able to step out onto a sunny deck in the morning and have your breakfast looking at a sparkling sea. Would highly recommend.

Seaglass is fab!

Seaglass is lovely. It is very tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The location is perfect. It is very peaceful, but within minutes of both local shops, eateries, et cetera and the seafront.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at seaglass, we even arrived so early at the island and started to get a grouchy 2 year old. Jacqui and Colin, bent over backwards to try and get the place ready for us earlier. It had everything we needed, and would definitely stay again. Beautiful place with lovely views.

Seaglass is a perfect place to stay

Jacqui and Colin are Super Hosts! The contact is perfect, the hospitality astonishing and the so called "Cabin" is o of the best places to stay. Great view to the see from the terrace, absolutely quiet and calm place. The Bin itself is super clean and made with lovely details. The kitchen is perfect to cook in an the bathroom is clean and everything and more you need is available. J + C provide necessary goods in the kitchenen like oil, vinegar, tea and coffee. Overall one of the best holiday weeks we ever had. Thanks - Seaglass is a highly recommended place to stay for a romantic couple holiday or a beach hilly with two kids! We will be back...

Lovely appartment with great sea view

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The appartment is situated in a sheltered corner at the end of a row, which gives it a private and secluded feel. The seated terrace is perfect for sitting outside and watching the sea. The view of the bay is amazing! Binoculars are provided for spotting sea life, and if you're very lucky (we were, right at the end!) you can see dolphins playing in the water. The appartment was well equipped and comfortable. Jacqui and Colin were very welcoming and helpful, and were able to quicky solve the small problems we had. Ventnor beach is only a 5 - 10 min walk away, and is a nice spot for bathing. You can also get great food nearby at the Spyglass Inn. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you enjoy peace and quiet :-)

The "WOW" factor.

From the moment we arrived we both knew "Seaglass" was something special. From the deck looking over the sea we turned and opened the patio doors to find the our hosts Jacqui & Colin had gone that extra mile, the attention to every little detail within the refurbishment of the property was second to none. The detail had not stopped inside, out on the deck over looking the passing ships everything had been thoughtfully done even down the the lights coming on in the evening. Watching and listening to the birds from the bed first thing on a morning with the sun rising over the sea will be an unforgettable memory. We have stayed in many places around the world but "Seaglass"will live on long in the memory for both of us. Thank you Jacqui & Colin for the memories. Ian & Laura

What a Surprise!

Not sure what we were expecting but we were blown away by this little surprise package. Tucked away in a very private position with amazing views of the sea this cottage had it all and then some. Sparkling clean, cosy, fresh and incredibly fitted out with a myriad of thoughtful and useful extras. Binoculars, games, maps, kitchen essentials, thermos, chiller bag and blocks, heaps of crockery, kitchen scales, first aid kit, heated bathroom floor, USB points, and more! Communication was great and location amazing. Parking was easy and plentiful. We enjoyed drinks down the road at The Volunteer. Cannot recommend it enough. And thank you for the sunshine and passing parade of boats! J & G. Newcastle. NSW. Australia.

We loved this wonderful house with the gorgeous view. It was very well decorated and clean. Ventnor is a lovely town with everything you need. It was very hot, when we were there, but we found a lot of places to get in the shade.

Einfach perfekt

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach perfekt - sowohl was Lage und Ausblick angeht als auch von der blitzsauberen und wunderschönen Einrichtung her. Das Häuschen ist ein Raumwunder und wurde von den Besitzern liebevoll renoviert und befindet sich in bestem Zustand. An alles wurde gedacht, sogar ein Fernglas zum Beobachten der Schiffe auf dem Meer ist vorhanden. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen absolut unglaublichen Meerblick, außerdem gibt es eine Terrasse, von der aus man ebenfalls einen unverstellten Meerblick hat. Das Objekt liegt in einer Anlage von ähnlichen Häusern, von denen dieses sicher eines der schönsten und am besten gelegen ist (am Hügel zurückversetzt am Ende einer Reihe, so daß man absolut ruhig und für sich ist). Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten bergab, zum nächsten Ort Ventnor ebenfalls. Von hier aus kann man die ganze Insel erkunden, zur Fähre nach Yarmouth sind es ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto, nach Fishbourne ca. 35 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und Jacqui und Colin haben uns besucht, um zu sehen, ob alles passt. Einfach perfekt!

Perfect location and accommodation

The Chalet is delightful and equipped with every thing you could want. The views are wonderful and the Isle has some thing for everyone and the Hosts are excellent . What more could you ask for !

Fantastic property with amazing sea views

We loved this property. Every little detail was thought of, lovely touches. Close to the town centre and more importantly the beach! Amazing views sitting on the terrace. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Seaglass

Had a wonderful stay at Seaglass. The chalet was beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. Jacqui and Colin were excellent hosts and came and introduced themselves after we'd settled in. We really appreciated the welcome pack. The location was ideal being a short walk away from Ventnor which offers plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay here again and recommend Seaglass to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Simply stunning

The chalet is equipped with everything you need in a gorgeous style, ( including games, dvds, colouring) with a luxurious feel To everything. The chalet was exceptionally clean throughout. The view is stunning even if the weather isn’t! We had fun finding the boats with the binoculars and looking for wildlife. The hosts were lovely and attentive by checking in on us. Fabulous place to stay for all ages. Great place to stay to explore the lovely island. Would highly recommend it. Thank you Seaglass.
