Lovely bungalow (far bigger than the photos suggest) in a fantastic location, absolutely perfect for a walking the dog on the beach holiday (easy walk to Filey and back between tides) and having a nice rest too. Clean and tidy, It does lack a few practical things we take for granted in our own homes, but was very functional and comfortable to live in for a week. A really good base for visiting the area and neighbouring attractions. A lot of Filey food outlets deliver and there is a big Tesco 10 minutes drive into town. I will certainly look at booking again as it was extremely good value and made for a pleasant and memorable holiday.

Absolute hidden gem! Pam and Michelle were so easy to talk to.

Absolute hidden gem! Pam and Michelle were so easy to talk to. Don't know what type of mattress is on the beds but we all seemed to have the best night's sleep in a long time. This cottage caters for every eventuality - if you want privacy and a quiet time it is yours for the taking but if you fancy the local amenities they are a short drive or an hour's walk away.. Perfect for four legged friends with immediate, virtually traffic free access to the beach.. A huge shout out to the people at the car park opposite who are more than happy to chat and help with things like nearest ATM.
