Positieve punten van het huis zijn de diversiteit aan buitenzitjes rondom het huis waar van genoten kan worden bij mooi weer en de grootte van het huis met groot aantal (slaap)kamers. Het huis zelf is alleen echt toe aan een opknapbeurt. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud en het was (in ons geval) niet schoon. Heel jammer want het huis heeft potentie maar er moet wel echt het e.e.a aan gebeuren zowel dingen repareren als schoonmaken als je het voor de hoofdprijs wil verhuren zoals nu wordt aangeboden. Prijs / kwaliteit is ver uit balans.

We hebben genoten! Het huis is erg gedateerd, en kan echt een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken!! Ruim huis, groot zwembad (dit was echt de kers op de taart zeker met de 35°+ die we 2 weken gehad hebben), mooie omgeving in the middle of nowhere. Je kan goed alle kanten op vooruitstapjes.

Piscine non opérationnelle, pas de chauffage sauf cheminée, différents petits problèmes et beaucoup de difficultés à contacter qui que ce soit. Manque d'entretien. Heureusement beaucoup de jeux intéressants à dispositions. Heureusement beau temps pendant notre séjour qui a compensé. Les environs très sympa pour les amateurs de nature. Nous ne recommandons pas sauf aux personnes très souple sur le confort et l'hygiène.

Das Haus war schmutzig und viel dunkler, als es auf den Bildern aussah. In der Küche gab es Spinnweben und die Fliesenfugen der Arbeitsplatte waren gelbbraun. Die Spülmaschine war voll mit Geschirr und Pilzen (!!!). Die Waschmaschine war voll, der Trockner war voll und die Wäscheleine draußen war voller Bettwäsche. Wir kontaktierten den Eigentümer und laut ihm kam die Putzfrau offenbar nicht. Doch wie lange dauert es, bis sich im Geschirr in der Spülmaschine Pilze bilden? Die Toilette befand sich in einem Schrank unter der Treppe und selbst eine nicht sehr große Person wäre nicht in der Lage, aufrecht zu stehen. Es gab rotzige Flecken in den Vorhängen (igitt!) und die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren viel kleiner als beschrieben. Es gab kein funktionierendes Internet, aber dieses Problem wurde schließlich vom Eigentümer gelöst, indem er dafür sorgte, dass wir vorübergehend ein mobiles Internetgerät abholten. Das Badezimmer war renoviert worden und war in Ordnung, aber auf den Fliesen des Bodens im Flur befand sich Kleber vom Renovierungsband (der ließ sich sehr leicht sauberschrubben, warum blieb der Boden also schmutzig???). Um das Ganze positiv abzuschließen: Es gab Feigenbäume mit den leckersten Feigen, die ich je gegessen habe.

Propriété a rénover et nettoyer pas louable dans l état

Maison pas entretenue:, très sale toile d araignée bête , rideaux poussiéreux et tachés, congélateur moisi , robinetteries bouché par le calcaire Pas au norme :prise électrique voir cassé vitre bloqué et cassée , jardin pas entretenu mauvaise herbes , pas taille arbustes herbes pas tondu , piscine sale et dalle de bordure qui bougent , cuisine d été inutilisable, produit d entretien a la portée des enfants , un radiateur de chambre ne fonctionnait pas condonne avec un serre joint , canalisations malodorantes. À notre arrivée , nous avons dû tout nettoyer intérieur et extérieur , condamner 2 chambres ( odeur moisi et bête ) , détartre les douches acheter de l insecticides .
