65m² large ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance.
Anteroom with cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen with a comfortable couch for relaxing, shower / toilet and toilet separately.

RENTAL PRICES: In the summer months (May to October) the standard rental price is: 65 euros / night for 2 people, for each additional guest 20 euros / night will be charged.

The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, radio, TV / SAT, and cooking and eating utensils. Of course, table and hand wash are also included in the price.
Special extras: underfloor heating, small lawn with garden furniture, internet access.

Oven, dishwasher incl. Sink tabs, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, satellite TV, radio, internet access, vacuum cleaner, towel dryer, clothes horse, separate living room / bedroom, ski stand, terrace with seating.

Wat een fijne tijd hebben wij met ons gezin hier doorgebracht. Het appartement heeft de perfecte ligging tussen twee skigebieden. Daarnaast heeft het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt en is aan de kleinste dingen gedacht (vaatwastabletten bijvoorbeeld) en liggen de bedden heerlijk. Steffi de eigenaar maakte ons verblijf compleet; een gastvrouw in hart en nieren.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, so dass man auch mal selber kochen kann. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung sehr zentral im Zillertal, so dass man in alle Richtungen schöne Ausflüge machen kann. Bei der Wahl von geeigenten Auslfugszielen hilft einem Steffi - die Vermieterin - sehr gerne und die Tipps für unsere Radtouren waren super.

Ein Aufenthalt, der nicht besser hätte sein können!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war perfekt! Schon bei der Anreise konnten wir sehr schnell Details abstimmen - die Rückantwort kam immer innerhalb des selben Tages! Die Wohnung ist super sauber und noch deutlich größer, als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Es ist gar kein Problem, dort zu Fünft Urlaub zu machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann - Kaffeautomat, Toaster und allen Kochutensilien, Schüsseln, …es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Skier kann man in einer Halterung im Gang abstellen, so dass man diese direkt ins Auto laden kann, da der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung liegt. Die Vermiererin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend - man fühlt sich richtig wohl und kann den Urlaub kompeltt genießen! Von uns eine 100% Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt dort!

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Jungs einen perfekten Skiurlaub genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Zillertalarena und ist sowohl mit dem Skibus als auch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig wohnt man aber außerhalb des Ortes und dadurch ist es schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das WLAN hat für unsere Jungs sehr gut funktioniert. Der check-in war unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns die Woche sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin Steffi sorgt dafür, dass keine Fragen offen bleiben. Sogar der Brötchenservice für Menschen, die ganz früh auf die Piste wollen, klappte reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder(, wenn andere nicht schneller beim Buchen sind). Vielen Dank!

Aktivurlaub im Zillertal

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Selbst bei extrem heißen Außentemperaturen war es in der Wohnung angenehm temperiert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar und gibt sehr gute Tipps. Wir möchten uns nochmal recht herzlich für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Winterurlaub. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Durch den SkiBus, welcher lediglich ein paar Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt war, ist der Anschluss zu den SkiPisten ebenfalls sehr gut. Gerne werden wir hier zurückkommen und den Brötchenservice nochmal in Anspruch nehmen ;) Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit!

Top Unterkunft zum Entdecken vom Zillertal und Umgebung

Gleich der erste Eindruck war sehr vielversprechend. Der Check-in lief durch einen Schlüsselkasten an der Tür äußerst einfach und unkompliziert. Drinnen war alles sauber, ordentlich und es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte- vom Geschirrspüler bis Alufolie und sogar ein paar Gewürze. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und war sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht. Sollte bei uns wieder ein Urlaub im Zillertal anstehen, werden wir definitiv dorthin zurückkehren.

Aktivurlaub im Zillertal

Toller Urlaub! In der nahen Umgebung ganz viele Möglichkeiten aktiv die Berge zu genießen, aber trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Durch die guten Tipps und die netten Gespräche mit Steffi konnten wir unseren Urlaub rundum genießen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - wirklich zu empfehlen!
