This detached country house, which you will have all to yourself, consists of 2 separate vacation apartments and is ideal for families or friends traveling together. On the ground floor, you have a large living room with a dining area for 18 people and a kitchen. In addition, there are 8 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms with toilets. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

In winter, there is a beginner's lift directly behind the house, ideal for beginners or children. Cross-country ski trails pass right by the house and the ski rental and ski school are located directly opposite your accommodation. The free ski bus, which stops just 200 meters from the house, takes you quickly to the ski slopes of Zell am See.

Fusch is an ideal location in both winter and summer, as the famous Grossglockner Road, which passes directly in front of the house, takes you to the well-known towns of Zell am See and Kaprun in no time.
