About this property

Pure Panorama Vacation Home – Ski-in/out Basecamp | Opening Winter 2027

A home for everyone who wants to enjoy their holiday together.

The Panorama holiday home is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will open in winter 2027 as a modern, affordable base camp for groups in a prime location in Saalbach.

It doesn’t get much more convenient than this:
In winter, you can head straight out onto the slopes from the house and reach the Kohlmaisbahn valley station in just a few steps. The run down from the Hinterhag-Alm also takes you almost right to the front door.

Despite this central location, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet stay—surrounded by residential homes, with no through traffic or hustle and bustle right outside your door.

The town centre, with its restaurants, shops, ski schools, and bars, is just a few minutes’ walk away.

What to expect:

Ski-in/ski-out location
Perfect for groups, families, and friends
Plenty of space to spend time together
Modern, clean design without any frills
Affordable stay in a prime location

The name says it all: “Pure Panorama.”
Thanks to the sunny south-facing location, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains—from the Schattberg to the Bernkogel, the Kohlmais, and the Zwölferkogel.

Garage spaces and ample parking are available, and getting here is easy even in winter.

Saalbach skiing with friends

We had a great stay in a Hause Panorama. Very well equiped for larger groups and next to the skiing area and the city center. The host Siegmund is very sympathic.

Great location

There were limited cooking items. The lounge/dining area was not uplifting or comfy and not enough comfy seating

5 star stay - excellent property

For our group of 7, I cannot imagine a better VRBO property to stay in at Saalbach. I think this is one of the best spots in town to stay. The house: Very clean, delivered as expected, and well taken care of. We had no issues with any amenities, there is plenty of space, and all utilities were in great condition. The whole property is well cared for. The location: The house is very centrally located. It's right next to one of the major lifts, so as close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get. It's also very close to the downtown area, easily walk able to any part in town. BUT, it's just far enough removed that you don't hear music all night from the apres. The owner: Extremely professional. He was there to assist with anything we needed, and knew everything about the town. He assisted us in travel, tips about when/where to ski, places in town, etc. Very responsive and friendly. A top notch stay, delivered exactly as promised.

Geweldige locatie!

Gerne wieder!

Prima woning. Alles compleet.
