A fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic, it gave us exactly what we needed as a base to explore Palma and Majorca. The location in the old town, near the cathedral was perfect. Alejandra was a perfect host, provided us with lots of helpful information and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous stay!

Everything was perfect for our week-long stay in Palma. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, spacious, and lovely. We especially loved the cathedral views out the front window. Sandra was responsive, kind, and helpful - it was one of our absolute best rental experiences. The location was perfect - in old town, but on a quieter street. So many lovely cafes and restaurants within very short walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!❤️

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city

Our host, Sandra, was wonderful. She helped us get situated and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and site seeing. We spent 7 nights and drove around the entire island. The apartment is a large, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, super clean and in the best section of the city. Great restaurants and shopping are right outside the main entrance. Convenient underground parking is across the street, and you have a view of the cathedral

Absolutely fantastic!

This is probably one of the best places I've ever stayed and I've travelled a LOT. The design of the apartment is incredibly well thought out and there is amazing attention to detail especially when it comes to the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I would highly recommend Marsuites to anyone visiting Porto. And Sandra was more than helpful -- everything was a dream.

Great 4 days in a central location. Really enjoyed sitting on the window seat people watching! The well appointed apartment is immaculate, bright and airy. Cosy if you need it to be. We had a bit of street noise from the back laneway but the owners are not in control of this. The host Sandra was lovely and extremely helpful. We would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect little gem

The location of this apartment is fantastic if you’re in Palma for a city break. It is smack in the old Town right opposite the cathedral ( with trees view toward it) and steps from many many brilliant restaurants. A taxi stand opposite makes trips out of the Old Town easy. The apartment itself is great and was plenty big enough for us for 5 days. Sandra is wonderful with many great suggestions of eateries, shopping and things to do. She’s incredibly responsive. A very enjoyable short week in a wonderful city.

Great apartment

Modern, well-equipped apartment in a perfect position for exploring the old town. A good selection of restaurants and shops are close by. Sandra was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for eating out and places to visit. We’ll be back!

A true find in Palma

The centrally located apartment was outstanding and is the perfect location to enjoy the many attractions of Palma and its surrounding area. The view from the balcony overlooking the Palace, gardens and Cathedral was a special joy. Our host, Sandra, was amazing and could not have been more helpful: before, during and after our stay. Exactly what we were looking for

The location is right is right by the cathedral, stores, dining etc. I was surprised how quiet it was when the windows were closed. Sandra was extremely helpful with all our questions. I highly recommend this place!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in perfekter Lage!

In 2 Minuten am Hafen und an der Kathedrale. Viele schöne Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer Palma liebt und das Leben hier genießen möchte, ist in den vier zur Verfügung stehenden MARsuites genau richtig. Alle haben eine super Ausstattung und einen französischen Balkon. Nr. 4 hat dazu eine herrliche Dachterrasse. Und von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise kümmert sich Sandra liebevoll um die Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.

Visita a Maiorca

Appartamento comodo per visitare la città con facile accesso alle principali vie di comunicazione. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze gratuito la sera e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (1 km di lungomare). Molto accogliente e con tutti i confort anche per un soggiorno più lungo.

Wir warnen mit unseren beiden Kindern im August in Palma und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sandra hat uns sehr nett empfangen - Kommunikation war klasse. Immer wieder!

Schöne Zeit in einem schönen Appartement

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Appartement verbracht. Es liegt sehr zentral in Palma, hat einen kleinen Balkon und einen tollen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Sandra als Vermieterin war einfach wunderbar. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, herzlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung in bzw. an der Wohnung. Super viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Die Wohnung ist super ausgerüstet... von der Waschmaschine bis zur Seife am Waschbecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfect Getaway

The apartment was everything I could have wished for, stylish, clean with great care taken to ensure guests have all they could need. Sandra was there to greet and show around the apartment. Perfect city location, stylish and comfortable

Sandra was terrific - we had a very late arrival due to airline and she was very gracious close to midnight on a Sunday. She also arranged for a cab to pick us up right at the door on our departure. My husband and I(late 60’s) stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Observations include that the apt is well insulated from noise outside. However one does hear the much appreciated lift as it goes up and down, with accompanying voices and dings. Luckily the building was fairly quiet during our stay. Noise is also well transmitted in our case from the third level down to the second - an amorous couple woke us (we could hear everything) as well as an unhappy baby a few nights. The 4th level would probably not have that issue. During warm months I suspect that the four hour AC timer might be a problem on a hot night - there were a few evenings that by 3 am the bedroom was stuffy and we had to go out in the hallway to turn it on again. I’ve never encountered that before. Kitchen is well equipped. The combo washer/dryer unit does not dry very well so one needs to allow time to air dry laundry (a rack is supplied) as is a rolling shopping bag for errands which was thoughtful. Pleasant bathroom and plenty of storage for two of us.
