Holiday home Villa i Colli is a nice property (300 sq m) that includes air conditioning, hot tub and private pool. The property can sleep up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (5174 ft) from Montaione, Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from San Gimignano. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.

Your Experience

The property which situated approx 1 km from Montaione and rented as a single environment of about 300 sqm, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. This party room can be booked on request, with an on site supplement payment.
